Claims (4)

  1. オブジェクトを表示するための虚像表示デバイスの製造方法であって、
    前記オブジェクトに基づいて初期虚像フラックスパターンを計算する工程と、
    前記初期虚像フラックスパターンに基づいて虚像アレイパターンを有する基板を製作する工程と、を含む、方法。
  2. 前記初期虚像フラックスパターンを計算する工程が、i)前記オブジェクト上の異なるソース・ファセットによって生成される光線を像平面にバーチャルトレーシングすることと、ii)前記初期虚像フラックスパターンを形成するために、像平面における異なる場所でオブジェクトの異なるソース・ファセットからの光線を総和すること、とを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
  3. 虚像素子の作製方法であって、
    虚像基板を形成する工程と、
    前記虚像基板を形成してから、複数のレンズを前記虚像基板に近接して配置する工程と、を含む、方法。
  4. 前記虚像基板を形成する工程が、虚像マスターを作製することと、前記虚像マスターを使用して前記虚像基板を形成すること、とを含む、請求項に記載の方法。
