Abstract
【解決手段】恒温槽の温度上昇および/または下降に関する少なくとも1つの遷移を含むサイクルにより機器を恒温槽に通す工程を含む、送風を具備する機器のバーンイン方法において、恒温槽の温度遷移の少なくとも一部分の間、機器への送風を切ることを特徴とする方法を提供する。

Claims (11)
- 恒温槽の温度上昇および/または下降に関する少なくとも1つの遷移を含むサイクルにより機器を恒温槽に通す工程を含む、送風を具備する機器のバーンイン方法において、恒温槽の温度遷移の少なくとも一部分の間、機器への送風を切ることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記遷移の終了時に機器への送風を再起動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバーンイン方法。
- 機器への送風を強制的に行うために機器への送風の通常流量よりも高い流量で送風を再起動することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の機器のバーンイン方法。
- サイクルが少なくとも1つの高温ステージを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の機器のバーンイン方法。
- 前記高温ステージが80℃程度の温度であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の機器のバーンイン方法。
- サイクルが少なくとも1つの低温ステージを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の機器のバーンイン方法。
- 前記低温ステージが−40℃程度の温度であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の機器のバーンイン方法。
- 高温ステージから始まり、機器への送風を切断してから温度下降を開始し、恒温槽の温度と機器の温度の最大差が得られるまで切断を継続することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の機器のバーンイン方法。
- 低温ステージから始まり、機器への送風を切断してから温度上昇を開始し、恒温槽の温度と機器の温度の最大差が得られるまで切断を継続することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の機器のバーンイン方法。
- 機器の内部温度の上昇を回避するために、温度上昇前および温度上昇中においては機器への電源を切ることを特徴とする請求項6または9に記載の機器のバーンイン方法。
- 恒温槽の温度サイクル運転の設定値を含むコントローラ(14)により機器への送風を制御することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の機器のバーンイン方法。
