装置、２１……電磁式開閉弁、２３……ヒータ、
２５……可変抵抗、３０……冷風発生装置、３１
……電磁式開閉弁、３２，３７……電磁式流量調
整弁、３４……エアクーラント、３５……ＬＣＯ
２ボンベ、４１……第１の温度コントローラ、４
２……第２の温度コントローラ。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 熱風を発生する熱風発生手段と、冷風を発生す
    る冷風発生手段と、前記熱風発生手段と冷風発生
    手段から供試体に吹き付ける熱風または冷風の熱
    量を調節する熱量調節手段と、供試体の温度を検
    出する温度検出手段と、前記供試体が予め定めら
    れている上限温度と下限温度との間で交互に加熱
    、冷却されるように前記温度検出手段からの検出
    信号に基づいて前記熱量を制御するとともに、少
    なくとも冷却時に検出温度が所定温度以下になる
    と熱風も吹き付けて温度調節を行うように前記熱
    量調節手段を制御する制御手段とを具備すること
    を特徴とする温度サイクル試験装置。
