Claims (8)
- 自己回復表層(20)を備えた構成要素であって、前記層の内部には反応性物質(15)が分散されており、その化学組成は前記表層の材料の前段材料に相当し、この前段材料は、表層(20)の損傷によって露出した場合に前記表層(20)の材料へと自発的に転換することができる構成要素において、前記反応性物質(15)は、被覆粒子(12)のコアを形成し、被覆(14)は酸化性物質から成ることを特徴とする構成要素。
- 溶媒および層材料を有する自己回復塗料であって、反応性物質(15)が前記塗料中に分散されており、その化学組成は前記層材料の前段材料に相当し、この前段材料は、露出した場合に前記層材料へと自発的に転換することができる自己回復塗料において、前記反応性物質(15)は、被覆粒子(12)のコアを形成し、被覆(14)は酸化性物質から成ることを特徴とする自己回復塗料。
- 層材料で形成された粒子を有するコーティング粉末であって、反応性物質(15)が前記粉末中に分散されており、その化学組成は前記層材料の前段材料に相当し、露出した場合には、この前段材料は前記層材料へと自発的に転換することができるコーティング粉末において、前記反応性物質(15)は、被覆粒子(12)のコアを形成し、被覆(14)は酸化性物質から成ることを特徴とするコーティング粉末。
- 光活性化可能なまたは熱活性化可能な触媒材料(16)が、前記粒子の被覆(14)の表面に堆積され、活性化の場合には被覆の酸化性物質(16)の酸化を促進することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の生成物。
- 光活性化可能なまたは熱活性化可能な触媒材料が、前記粒子のコア内に貯蔵され、活性化の場合には前記被覆(14)の酸化性物質の酸化を促進し、光活性化可能な触媒材料の場合には、前記反応性物質および前記酸化性物質が、光活性化可能な材料の励起波長の電磁波照射を透過させることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の生成物。
- 光活性化可能なまたは熱活性化可能な材料からなる触媒粒子(13)が、前記生成物中に分散され、活性化の場合には、前記被覆(14)の酸化性物質の酸化を促進することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の生成物。
- 前記反応性物質が2種の成分から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の生成物。
- 前記2種の成分が、それぞれ異なる粒子(15a、15b)に含有され、これらの粒子(15a、15b)の混合物が前記生成物中に分散されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の生成物。
