Description
Claims (10)
- 直接燃料噴射式の自動車用内燃機関(1)を制御する方法であって、
前記内燃機関が所定の動作条件を示した時に、第1燃料品質パラメータ確定手続きを用いて燃料品質パラメータ(F)が確定される燃料適合部と、
前記内燃機関(1)での噴射開始(SOI)の閉ループ制御における目標値(αT)として、前記燃料品質パラメータ(F)の値、または前記燃料品質パラメータ(F)から導出された燃料燃焼特性パラメータの値を使用する制御部と、
を含み、
前記閉ループ制御が、前記第1燃料品質パラメータ確定手続きとは異なる第2燃料品質パラメータ確定手続きを用いて、前記燃料品質パラメータ(F)、または前記燃料品質パラメータ(F)から導出された前記燃料燃焼特性パラメータの実際値(αA)を確定する、方法。 - 前記燃料品質パラメータ(F)から導出された前記燃料燃焼特性パラメータが、燃焼室に噴射された燃料質量の半分が変換されたクランク角の時点(MFB50)である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記制御部が、前記目標値(αT)と前記実際値(αA)との偏差を表す誤差値を計算し、前記閉ループが、前記誤差値を最小限にするように前記噴射開始(SOI)を制御する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記噴射開始(SOI)と燃焼開始(SOC)との間に発生する着火遅れ(DOI)が、前記第1燃料品質パラメータ確定手続きによって、前記燃料品質パラメータ(F)を確定するために使用される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 燃料適合部が前記目標値(αT)を記憶装置(20)に格納し、
前記制御部が、前記記憶装置(20)から前記格納された目標値(αT)を検索して、前記第1燃料品質パラメータ確定手続きに必要な所定動作条件が満たされていない時点であっても閉ループ制御を行う、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記内燃機関が多気筒エンジン(1)であり、
前記目標値および前記実際値が、前記エンジン(1)の全シリンダよりも少ないシリンダに対して確定され、全シリンダに対して燃料噴射を制御するために使用される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記実際値(αA)が、前記シリンダのうち一つのシリンダに対してのみ確定される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第1燃料品質パラメータ確定手続きおよび前記第2燃料品質パラメータ確定手続きが、前記燃焼室(4)内の圧力を示す圧力信号を使用する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1燃料品質パラメータ確定手続きを開始するための前記所定動作条件が、内燃機関の燃料タンクが補給されたことを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 直接燃料噴射式の自動車用内燃機関(1)を制御する装置であって、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実行するように構成されたコントローラ(20)を備える装置。
