Claims (21)
- 軸方向長さに沿って少なくとも部分的に重なり合う少なくとも複数のバレル空洞が形成される単一のバレル(3)と、
複数のバレル空洞の各々内に配置される押出スクリュー(5a,5b)と、
押出スクリュー(5a,5b)を回転駆動する少なくとも2つのモータ(M1,M2)とを備える多軸押出機、特に二軸押出機において、
供給側(25a)と排出側(25b)とにそれぞれ設けられる1つの同期装置及び捩り力伝達装置(35,36)を介して協働する両押出スクリュー(5a,5b)を同期して駆動することを特徴とする多軸押出機。 - 2つのモータ(M1,M2)の一方のモータ(M1)は、供給側(25a)又は排出側(25b)で押出スクリュー(5a,5b)の少なくとも一方の押出スクリュー(5a)を駆動し、
2つのモータ(M1,M2)の他方のモータ(M2)は、対向する排出側(25b)又は供給側(25a)で押出スクリュー(5a,5b)の少なくとも他方の押出スクリュー(5b)を駆動する請求項1に記載の多軸押出機。 - 2つのモータ(M1,M2)の少なくとも一方のモータ(M1)は、供給側(25a)で押出スクリュー(5a,5b)の少なくとも一方の押出スクリュー(5a)を駆動し、
2つのモータ(M1,M2)の少なくとも他方のモータ(M2)は、排出側(25b)で同一の押出スクリュー(5a)を駆動し、
押出スクリュー(5a,5b)の少なくとも他方の第2の押出スクリュー(5b)は、供給側(25a)及び排出側(25b)にそれぞれ設けられる同期装置及び/又は捩り力伝達装置を介して一方の押出スクリュー(5a)に駆動連結される請求項1に記載の多軸押出機。 - 両押出スクリュー(5a,5b)に対して少なくとも2つのモータ(M1,M2)を両方とも供給側(25a)又は排出側(25b)に配置し、
少なくとも1つの第1の押出スクリュー(5a)に少なくとも1つのモータ(M1)を駆動連結し、
少なくとも1つの第2の押出スクリュー(5b)に少なくとも1つの第2のモータ(M2)を駆動連結した請求項1に記載の多軸押出機。 - 別個のモータ(M;M1,M2)を対応する押出スクリュー(5;5a,5b)に固定しかつ/又は無歯車結合し、
好ましくは、各モータ(M1,M2)により駆動されるモータ軸(9)を、軸方向延長線上で付属の押出スクリュー(5a,5b)の駆動軸(19)に駆動連結し又は結合して、直接駆動装置の形で連結する請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の多軸押出機。 - ガスケット(29,39)を介してバレル内孔(3’)に対して密封される軸受構造体により駆動側で支持される駆動軸(9)又は駆動軸(9,19)を押出スクリュー(5a,5b)に設けた請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の多軸押出機。
- ガスケット(29,39)を介してバレル内孔(3’)に対して密封される軸受構造体により被駆動側で支持される駆動端部(119)を押出スクリュー(5a,5b)に設けた請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の多軸押出機。
- ガスケット(29,39)により排出側(25b)での圧力上昇及び/又は熱負荷増大が可能となる請求項6又は7に記載の多軸押出機。
- 排出側(25b)のカスケード(階段状)ガスケット及び/又は冷却空隙ガスケットとしてガスケット(29,39)を配置する請求項8に記載の多軸押出機。
- 被駆動軸端部(119)と同様に、駆動軸又は駆動軸(9,19)に隣接させて、好ましくはバレル内孔(3’)に直接面してガスケット(29,39)を配置する請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載の多軸押出機。
- 駆動軸(9)又は駆動軸(19)を配置する領域内に設けられる同期装置及び捩り力伝達装置(35)を介して押出スクリュー(5a,5b)を対応する各モータ(M1,M2)に駆動連結する請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載の多軸押出機。
- 対応する押出スクリュー(5a,5b)の被駆動側でかつ押出機バレル(3)の端面側で軸方向に突出する軸端部(119)の領域内に同期装置及び捩り力伝達装置(36)を設け、軸端部(119)により押出スクリュー(5a,5b)を支承する請求項1〜11の何れか1項に記載の多軸押出機。
- 押出機バレル(3)の端面側に取り付けられる拡張部(103)内に同期装置及び捩り力伝達装置(35,36)を配置する請求項11又は12に記載の多軸押出機。
- バレル拡張部(103)内の領域に設けられる軸受(46)により駆動軸(9)又は駆動軸(19)並びに軸端部(119)の最外部を支持し、
同期装置及び捩り力伝達装置(35,36)に対向してかつバレル内孔(3’)により接近して別の軸受(45)を押出機バレル(3)の端面側の捩じ力伝達領域に収納する請求項13に記載の多軸押出機。 - 駆動されるベルト、チェーン等の動力伝達形態の同期装置及び/又は捩り力伝達装置を介して2つの押出スクリュー(5a,5b)を駆動連結する請求項1〜14の何れか1項に記載の多軸押出機。
- モータ(M1,M2)により逆方向に回転駆動される少なくとも2つの逆回転型押出スクリュー(5a,5b)を多軸押出機に設ける請求項1〜15の何れか1項に記載の多軸押出機。
- 同期装置及び/又は捩り力伝達装置は、歯車(39.1,39.2)により構成され、
供給側(25a)及び排出側(25b)の各側で、モータ側の駆動軸(19)と、駆動側と反対側の軸端部(119)とに単一の歯車(39.1)を相対回転不能に固定し、
歯車(39.1)は、押出スクリューに相対回転不能に同一高さでかつ隣接して固定される歯車(39.2)に噛み合う請求項1〜16の何れか1項に記載の多軸押出機。 - モータ(M1,M2)により同一方向に回転駆動される少なくとも2つの同期回転型押出スクリュー(5a,5b)を多軸押出機に設ける請求項1〜15の何れか1項に記載の多軸押出機。
- 同期装置及び/又は捩り力伝達装置は、歯車(39.1,39.2)により構成され、
供給側(25a)及び/又は排出側(25b)の各側で、駆動軸(19)及び/又は軸端部(119)に単一の歯車(39.1)を相対回転不能に固定し、
歯車(39.1)は、押出スクリューに相対回転不能に同一高さでかつ隣接して固定される歯車(39.2)に噛み合い、又は
2つの歯車(39.1,39.2)間に接続されるガイドピニオン(39.3)を介して、
2つの歯車(39.1,39.2)に噛み合う対向する2つガイドピニオン(39.3,39.3’)を介して若しくは
2つの歯車(39.1,39.2)に噛み合う内歯歯車(39.3’’)を介して、歯車(39.1)は、歯車(39.2)に噛み合う請求項1〜15又は18の何れか1項に記載の多軸押出機。 - 互いに隣接して協働する押出スクリュー(5;5a,5b)を駆動する2つの駆動装置(M;M1,M2)を、対応する駆動軸(9,19)の軸方向に沿ってずれて配置して、好ましくは、対応する2つの駆動軸(9,19)を垂直方向から見て重複させずに2つの駆動装置(M;M1,M2)を配置する少なくとも請求項4又は請求項1〜19の何れか1項に記載の多軸押出機。
- 駆動軸(K1,K2)を介して互いに駆動連結される押出スクリュー(5;5a,5b)を少なくとも1つの駆動装置により駆動する請求項1〜20の何れか1項に記載の多軸押出機。
