Claims (13)
- 少なくとも1つの金属の平滑な箔(2)と、少なくとも1つの金属の構造化された箔(3)から少なくとも形成されるハニカム体(1)であって、前記平滑な箔(2)は、前記構造化された箔(3)とは異なる平均粗さ(12)を有する、ハニカム体(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの平滑な箔(2)が、0.3μメートルから0.7μメートルの平均粗さ(12)Raを有する、請求項1に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの構造化された箔(3)は、0.001μメートルから0.3μメートルの平均粗さ(12)Raを有する、請求項1または請求項2に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記箔(2、3)の前記粗さ(12)が、圧延方向(4)に対して横断方向に測定される、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの平滑な箔(2)は、その2つの表面(5)上に、前記少なくとも1つの構造化された箔(3)とは異なる第1の酸化層の厚さ(6)を有する、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの平滑な箔(2)は、前記少なくとも1つの構造化された箔(3)よりも厚い第1の酸化層の厚さ(6)を有する、請求項5に記載のハニカム体(1)。

- 前記少なくとも1つの平滑な箔(2)および/または前記少なくとも1つの構造化された箔(3)は、14重量%から25重量%のクロミウムおよび3重量%から7重量%のアルミニウムを含む、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 連結点(8)は、特定の領域(7)のみに、選択的に、ろう付けによって、隣接する箔(2、3)の間に生成される、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記ハニカム体(1)は、酸化層(13)を少なくとも部分的に覆うさらなるコーティング(11)が備わっている、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- ハニカム体(1)を生成するための方法であって、少なくとも以下の工程:
(a)異なる平均粗さ(12)を有する、少なくとも1つの平滑な箔(2)と少なくとも1つの構造化された箔(3)とを提供する工程;

(c)前記少なくとも1つの平滑な箔(2)と前記少なくとも1つの構造化された箔(3)とから、ハニカム構造体(15)を形成する工程;
(d)前記ハニカム構造体(15)をハウジング(23)に挿入する工程;
(e)接合用の連結点を形成する工程
を含む、方法。 - 前記工程(b)は、4秒から8秒の時間に亘って、空気中で、少なくとも750℃の温度で行われる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 内燃エンジン(17)および排気システム(16)を少なくとも有し、ならびに、請求項1から請求項10に記載のハニカム体(1)を有するか、あるいは、請求項11または請求項12に記載の方法に従って製造されるハニカム体(1)を有する、車両(18)。
