Claims (11)
- 金属製のハニカム体(1)、触媒コンバータ担体を製造するための箔(2)であって、前記箔(2)は、高耐熱材料でできており、前記箔(2)は、その両表面上に、少なくとも1つの測定方向において、0.3μm(マイクロメートル)よりも大きい平均表面粗さ(Ra)を有し、前記箔(2)は、その両表面上に、酸化物被膜(3)を有し、前記酸化物被膜(3)は、両表面上に、その最小の厚さおよび最大の厚さに対して10%未満の許容範囲を有する、均一の厚さを有する、箔(2)。
- 前記箔(2)は、圧延された箔であり、少なくとも圧延方向(L)に直交する横断方向(Q)において、0.3μmよりも大きい平均表面粗さ(Ra)を有する、請求項1に記載の箔(2)。
- 前記酸化物被膜(3)は、その両表面上に、60nm(ナノメートル)から80nmの厚さ(D)を有する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の箔(2)。
- 前記箔(2)は、クロムおよびアルミニウムの部品、1%から5%のアルミニウムを有する高耐熱耐食鋼でできている、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の箔(2)。
- 基本材料が、14%から25%のクロムおよび3%から5%のアルミニウムを含み、ドイツのsteel keyによる、材料1.4767または1.4725でできている、請求項4に記載の箔(2)。
- 前記酸化物被膜(3)は、酸化アルミニウムでできている、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の箔(2)。
- 前記酸化物被膜(3)は、両表面上に、その最小の厚さおよび最大の厚さに対して5%未満の許容範囲を有する、均一の厚さ(D)を有する、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の箔(2)。
- 請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの箔(2)の複数の層を含むハニカム体(1)であって、結合点(5)は、特定の領域においてのみ、選択的に、硬ろう付けによって隣接する箔層の間において製造される、ハニカム体(1)。
- 前記結合点(5)の外側の、はんだ付けのされていない接触領域は、互いに結合されないか、または、拡散結合によってわずかに互いに結合されているだけである、請求項8に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記ハニカム体(1)は、いわゆるウォシュコートおよび/または触媒活性材料を用いた、追加のコーティング(6)が備わっている、請求項8または請求項9に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- はんだ付けされたハニカム体を製造するために、その両表面上に、0.6μmから0.8μmの平均表面粗さ(Ra)を有し、60nm(ナノメートル)から80nmの厚さ(D)を有する酸化物被膜(3)を有する、請求項2の特徴を有する箔の使用。
