- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.特にハニカム状の本体の形の、ゼオライトで被覆可能な金属箔であって、 箔(1)は、クロムおよび/またはアルミニウムを含む鋼を備え、 表面は酸化物層(2)で覆われ、 酸化物層上に接着層(3)の役割をするセラミック薄め塗膜があり、 ゼオライト層(4)はセラミック接着層(3)に既知の態様で塗布され得るこ とを特徴とする、ゼオライトで被覆可能な金属箔。 2.箔(1)は、高温に耐えかつ防蝕の鋼を備え、鋼は好ましくは3.5%を上 回るアルミニウムと15%を上回るクロムとを含み、特にほぼ5%のアルミニウ ムとほぼ20%のクロムとを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の箔。 3.酸化物層(2)は、好ましくは大気でゆっくりとアニーリングすることによ り生成される、酸化クロムおよび酸化鉄を含有しないまたはその割合がごくわず かである粒子の細かい酸化アルミニウム層であることを特徴とする、請求項1ま たは2に記載の箔。 4.酸化物層(2)は、2ないし4μm、好ましくは3μmの平均表面粗さ(平 均粗さ指数Ra)を有し、ピークから谷の平均の高さ(Rz)は少なくとも0. 2μmである ことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の箔。 5.酸化アルミニウムに基づいたセラミック接着層(3)は、ゾルゲル浸漬プロ セスにより塗布され、実質的にガンマAl2O3を含むことを特徴とする、請求項 1、2、3または4に記載の箔。 6.セラミック接着層(3)は、1ないし5μm、好ましくはほぼ2μmの層の 厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の箔。 7.セラミック接着層(3)は、100ないし200m2/g、好ましくはほぼ 180m2/gの比表面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載 の箔。 8.被覆される前の箔(2)は、ハニカム状の本体(5)に形作られ、結果とし て生ずる接触点(6)の少なくともいくつかは強固にはんだ付されることを特徴 とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の箔。 9.特にハニカム状の本体(5)の形の、ゼオライト(4)で被覆された金属箔 (1)を生成するためのプロセスであって、 クロムおよび/またはアルミニウムを含有する鋼箔(1)を酸化して、粒子の 細かい酸化アルミニウム層(2)が表面上に形成されるようにするステップと、 接着層(3)の役割をするセラミック薄め塗膜を酸化物層(2)に塗布するス テップと、 ゼオライト層(4)をセラミック接着層(3)に塗布す るステップとを有する、ゼオライト(4)で被覆される金属箔(1)を生成する ためのプロセス。 10.箔(1)は、高温に耐えかつ防蝕の鋼を備え、鋼は好ましくは3.5%を 上回るアルミニウムと15%を上回るクロムとを含み、特にほぼ5%のアルミニ ウムとほぼ20%のクロムとを含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のプロセ ス。 11.被覆される前の箔(2)はハニカム状の本体(5)に形作られ、結果とし て生ずる接触点(6)の少なくともいくつかは強固にはんだ付されることを特徴 とする、請求項9または10に記載のプロセス。 12.ごくわずかな割合の酸化クロムおよび酸化鉄を有する粒子の細かい酸化ア ルミニウム層(2)は、好ましくは大気でゆっくりとアニーリングすることによ り箔(1)上に生成されることを特徴とする、請求項9、10または11に記載 のプロセス。 13.酸化物層(2)は、900ないし1000℃の温度で、好ましくは950 ℃の温度で何時間もの間大気でアニーリング処理することにより形成されること を特徴とする、請求項12に記載のプロセス。 14.酸化アルミニウムに基づいたセラミック接着層(3)は、ゾルゲル浸漬プ ロセスにより塗布され、実質的にガンマAl2O3を含むことを特徴とする、請求 項9〜13の1つに記載のプロセス。 15.セラミック接着層(3)は、特にほぼ10%の固体を含有する酸化アルミ ニウムゾルの形で塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のプロセス。 16.セラミック接着層(3)は、浸漬プロセスの後、500℃ないし650℃ の温度で、好ましくは550℃でほぼ3時間焼成されることを特徴とする、請求 項14または15に記載のプロセス。 17.ゼオライト層(4)はゾルゲル浸漬プロセスにより塗布され、ゼオライト 材料に加えて10%ないし30%(質量%)の、好ましくはほぼ20%の酸化ア ルミニウムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項9〜16の1つに記載のプロセス。 18.ハニカム状の本体(5)を接着層(3)および/またはゼオライト層(4 )で浸漬被覆した後、そのセル(7)内にある過度の量の被覆材料は、ハニカム 状の本体(5)を遠心分離することにより除去されることを特徴とする、請求項 11〜17の1つに記載のプロセス。 19.ゼオライト(4)は、イオン交換により既知の態様で生成され得るNH4 + またはH+の形で塗布されることと特徴とする、請求項9〜18の1つに記載の プロセス。 20.塗布される対象のゼオライト(4)は、コロイドミル内で何時間もの間粉 砕されることにより、セラミックマトリックス内で結合され、マトリックスは好 ましくは酸化アルミニウムベースのゾルを含むことを特徴とする、請求 項9〜19の1つに記載のプロセス。 21.キャリアの表面積において少なくとも30g/m2の割合でゼオライトが ハニカム状の本体に塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項9〜20の1つに記載 のプロセス。
