Description
本発明を以下の実施例を用いてさらに詳細に記載するが、これらの実施例によって限定されない。
3%のLa2O3、17%のCeO2、80%のAl2O3からなる混合酸化物粉末(wt%基準)をDEMI H2Oに懸濁させ、次いで10分間撹拌し、99%酢酸でpHを4.5に設定する。懸濁物を、固形物含有量が約40%になるように設定する。懸濁物を撹拌し、d50<10μmの粒径組成が達成されるまで、Dyna Millボールミルで繰り返し粉砕する。
断面が400cpsiのコージライトの円筒形ハニカム体を、ハニカム体が、ハニカムの容積1Lあたり、混合酸化物100gを含むようになるまで、調製例1で得た懸濁物に繰り返し浸漬し、120℃で風乾し、次いで、空気中、850℃で3時間焼成させる。次いで、コーティングされた触媒支持体を、Rh(NO3)3水溶液に浸漬する。貴金属塩溶液で含浸されたハニカム体を乾燥し、空気中、550℃で焼成させる。触媒支持体が、ハニカムの容積1Lあたり、ロジウムを0.5g取り込むように、含浸プロセスを行う。次いで、コーティングされた触媒支持体を、[Pt(NH3)4](OH)2水溶液に浸漬する。貴金属塩溶液で含浸されたハニカム体を乾燥し、空気中、550℃で焼成させる。触媒支持体が、ハニカムの容積1Lあたり、白金を1g取り込むように、含浸プロセスを行い、場合により、何回か繰り返す。貴金属の最終的な濃度は、Rhが0.5g/Lであり、Ptが1g/Lである。

Claims (14)
- 炭素を含有する出発物質のガス化プロセスに由来するガス中のタール含有量を減少させる方法であって、
ガス化プロセスから得られた少なくともいくつかのガスと、貴金属を含有する触媒とを接触させる工程を含み、この際、
前記貴金属を含有する触媒が、Pt、Pd、Rh、Ir、Os、Ru、Reからなる群より選択される少なくとも2種類の貴金属を含む、
ガス中のタール含有量を減少させる方法。 - 前記貴金属を含有する触媒が、PtとRhを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記貴金属を含有する触媒が、支持体に適用されているか、またはバルク材料の触媒として存在することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記支持体が、ハニカム形態で存在することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記支持体が、酸化セリウム(CeOx)、酸化ランタン(La2O3)、酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)、酸化イットリウム(Y2O3)、酸化チタン(TiO2)、酸化ジルコニウム(ZrO2)、酸化ケイ素(SiO2)、またはこれらの混合物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- 前記貴金属を含有する触媒と接触させる工程が、ガス化反応器内または外部の反応器内で直接行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記タールが、好ましくは、約78g/molよりも大きな分子量を有する、環状および多環の芳香族化合物の混合物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス化プロセスが、バイオマスガス化プロセスであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 炭素を含有する出発物質のガス化プロセスに由来するガス中のタール含有量を減少させるための、貴金属を含有する触媒の使用であって、
Pt、Pd、Rh、Ir、Os、Ru、Reからなる群より選択される少なくとも2種類の貴金属を含有する触媒の使用。 - 前記貴金属を含有する触媒が、請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載された触媒であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の使用。
- 前記貴金属を含有する触媒と接触させる工程が、ガス化反応器内または外部の反応器内で直接行われることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の使用。
- 前記タールが、好ましくは、約78g/molよりも大きな分子量を有する、環状および多環の芳香族化合物の混合物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 前記ガス化プロセスが、バイオマスガス化プロセスであることを特徴とする、請求項9〜12のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 貴金属を含有する触媒を用い、タール含有量が減少した合成ガスを調製する方法であって、
前記貴金属を含有する触媒が、Pt、Pd、Rh、Ir、Os、Ru、Reからなる群より選択される少なくとも2種類の貴金属を含む、
タール含有量が減少した合成ガスを調製する方法。
