Claims (4)
- 使い捨てバイオプロセス部品の不正使用を防止する方法であって、
CMOS回路とFRAM回路を両方含むメモリチップを含むRFIDタグを製作し、
使い捨てバイオプロセス部品を製作し、
前記RFIDタグを、使い捨てバイオプロセス部品においてRFIDセンサを形成する物理的センシング、化学的センシング、又は生物学的センシング用に適合させて、
その結果形成された前記RFIDセンサを前記使い捨てバイオプロセス部品と一体化し、
前記CMOS回路にRF信号を印加することによって前記メモリチップを初期化し、
前記メモリチップのFRAM部分に、前記RFIDセンサの較正パラメータを含む誤り訂正可能な情報を書き込み、
前記使い捨てバイオプロセス部品及び前記一体化されたRFIDセンサを滅菌し、前記使い捨てバイオプロセス部品をバイオプロセス流体流中で組み立て、
前記使い捨てバイオプロセス部品及び前記RFIDセンサを認証する
ことを含んでなる方法。 - 使い捨てバイオプロセス部品の不正使用を防止する方法であって、
CMOS回路と、FRAM回路と、物理的センサ、化学的センサ、又は生物学的センサからのアナログ入力とを含むメモリチップを含むRFIDタグを製作し、
1つ以上のセンサを前記メモリチップに取り付けてRFIDセンサを形成し、
使い捨てバイオプロセス部品を製作し、
前記RFIDセンサを前記使い捨てバイオプロセス部品と一体化し、
前記CMOS回路にRF信号を印加することによって前記メモリチップを初期化し、
前記FRAM回路の複数の領域に、前記RFIDセンサの較正パラメータを含む誤り訂正可能な情報を書き込み、
前記使い捨てバイオプロセス部品及び前記一体化されたRFIDセンサを滅菌し、前記使い捨てバイオプロセス部品を生物学的流体流中で組み立て、
前記RFIDセンサを有する前記使い捨てバイオプロセス部品を認証し、認証にはRFIDセンサの初期化及びその読み出しの変化が必要である
ことを含んでなる方法。 - 前記センサが物理的センサ、化学的センサ、又は生物学的センサからなる群に由来する、請求項2記載の方法。
- 使い捨てバイオプロセス部品の不正使用を防止する方法であって、
CMOS回路とFRAM回路を両方含むメモリチップを有するRFIDタグを製作し、
使い捨てバイオプロセス部品を製作し、
前記RFIDタグを前記使い捨てバイオプロセス部品と一体化し、
前記CMOS回路にRF信号を印加すること及び前記FRAM回路の複数の領域に冗長な情報を書き込むことによって前記メモリチップを初期化し、
前記一体化されたRFIDタグを有する前記使い捨てバイオプロセス部品をガンマ線滅菌し、前記使い捨てバイオプロセス部品を生物学的流体流中で組み立て、
RFIDタグリーダのさまざま電力レベルにおいて、又は前記リーダと前記RFIDタグの間のさまざまな距離においてRFIDタグの読み出しが実施されるときに、前記RFIDタグを有する前記使い捨てバイオプロセス部品を認証する
ことを含んでなる方法。
