Claims (13)
- バイオプロセス部品に、強誘電体メモリ(FRAM)チップを含む無線識別(RFID)センサであって前記バイオプロセス部品の物理的、化学的又は生物学的特徴の少なくとも1つを検知するように適合化されたRFIDセンサを取り付ける段階と、
前記FRAMチップに、前記RFIDセンサの識別情報又は較正パラメータを含む誤り訂正可能な情報を書き込む段階と、
前記バイオプロセス部品をそれに取り付けられたRFIDセンサと共に25〜50kGyのガンマ線を用いて滅菌する段階であって、前記ガンマ線によって前記FRAMチップの1以上の領域が壊れる段階と、
前記バイオプロセス部品をRFIDセンサと共に滅菌した後で、前記FRAMチップから、前記ガンマ線によって壊れた1以上の領域からのデータも含めて誤り訂正可能な情報を読み出す段階と、
前記ガンマ線によって壊れた1以上の領域からのデータも含めて誤り訂正可能な情報を解析及び誤り訂正処理して前記バイオプロセス部品を認証する段階と
を含む方法。 - 前記誤り訂正可能な情報を書き込む段階が、符号化アルゴリズムを用いて誤り訂正可能な情報を書き込むことを含んでいて、前記誤り訂正可能な情報を読み出す段階又は前記誤り訂正可能な情報を解析及び誤り訂正処理する段階の少なくとも一方で復号アルゴリズムが用いられる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記FRAMチップから誤り訂正可能な情報を読み出すを読み出す段階が、RFIDリーダとRFIDセンサとの間の様々な距離でFRAMチップを読み出すこと、又はRFIDリーダで、RFIDリーダの様々な電力レベルでFRAMチップを読み出すことを含む、請求項1又は請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記バイオプロセス部品が使い捨て部品である、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記RFIDセンサが相補型金属酸化膜半導体(CMOS)回路を含んでいて、当該方法が、CMOS回路にRF信号を印加することによってRFIDセンサを初期化することをさらに含む、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- バイオプロセス部品に、強誘電体メモリ(FRAM)チップを含む無線識別(RFID)センサであって前記バイオプロセス部品の物理的、化学的又は生物学的特徴の少なくとも1つを検知するように適合化されたRFIDセンサを取り付ける段階と、
前記FRAMチップの複数の異なる領域に、データの複数のコピーであって、各々のコピーが前記RFIDセンサの識別情報又は較正パラメータを含んでいるデータの複数のコピーを書き込む段階と、
前記バイオプロセス部品をRFIDセンサと共に25〜50kGyのガンマ線を用いて滅菌する段階であって、前記ガンマ線によって前記FRAMチップの異なる領域のうちの1以上の領域が壊れる段階と、
前記バイオプロセス部品をRFIDセンサと共に滅菌した後で、前記FRAMチップの前記異なる領域から、前記ガンマ線によって壊れた1以上の領域からのデータも含めてデータの複数のコピーを読み出す段階と、
前記ガンマ線によって壊れた1以上の領域からのデータも含めてデータを解析して前記バイオプロセス部品を認証する段階であって、異なる領域からのデータを比較することによって壊れた領域を識別することを含む、段階と
を含む方法。 - 前記データの複数のコピーを読み出す段階が、RFIDリーダで、RFIDリーダの様々な電力レベルでFRAMチップを読み出すことを含む、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記データの複数のコピーを読み出す段階が、RFIDリーダとRFIDセンサとの間の様々な距離でFRAMチップを読み出すことを含む、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記データを解析する段階が、異なる領域からのデータを比較することによってFRAMチップの大多数の領域に位置するデータを識別することを含む、請求項6乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記バイオプロセス部品が使い捨て部品である、請求項6乃至請求項9のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- FRAMチップが全メモリを有していて、全メモリが少なくとも第1のセクタと第2のセクタとに分割され、第1のセクタ及び第2のセクタが各々複数の領域を有していて、複数の異なる領域にデータの複数のコピーを書き込む段階が、第1のデータの複数のコピーを第1のセクタの複数の領域に書き込むことと、第1のデータとは異なる第2のデータの複数のコピーを第2のセクタの複数の領域に書き込むことを含む、請求項6乃至請求項10のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記異なる領域がメモリの別々のブロックをなしていて、当該方法が、前記バイオプロセス部品が認証された後に、メモリブロックの少なくとも一部をエンドユーザに公開してエンドユーザが前記メモリブロックの少なくとも一部に情報を書き込むことができるようにすることをさらに含む、請求項6乃至請求項11のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記RFIDセンサが相補型金属酸化膜半導体(CMOS)回路を含んでいて、当該方法が、CMOS回路にRF信号を印加することによってRFIDセンサを初期化することをさらに含む、請求項6乃至請求項12のいずれか1項記載の方法。
