Claims (20)
- 断熱ユニットであって、
内面及び外面を備え、前記内面が前記断熱ユニットのキャビティを画定するように配置される、内側ライニングと、
前記内側ライニングの前記外面上に配置され、内面及び外面を備え、前記内面が前記内側ライニングの前記外面に付着される、断熱発泡体と、
前記断熱発泡体の前記外面上に配置された外側ライニングであって、前記断熱ユニットの外表面の少なくとも一部を画定するように適合され、前記断熱発泡体の前記外面に付着される非自己支持型可撓性スキンを備えた、外側ライニングと
を備える断熱ユニット。 - 前記断熱発泡体が剛性の発泡体である、請求項1に記載の断熱ユニット。
- 前記内側ライニングの前記内面、前記内側ライニングの前記外面、及び前記断熱ユニットの前記外表面の少なくとも1つに隣接して配置された補強構造体をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の断熱ユニット。
- 前記補強構造体が、剛性の断熱発泡体内に配置されたフレームを形成するように配置された補強バーを備える、請求項3に記載の断熱ユニット。
- 前記非自己支持型可撓性スキンが、可撓性ポリマー、天然繊維、又は化学繊維の少なくとも1つの少なくとも1つの層を備える、請求項1に記載の断熱ユニット。
- 前記非自己支持型可撓性スキンが、スプレーポリウレタン層、熱可塑性ポリオレフィン層、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、ポリ塩化ビニル回転成形層の少なくとも1つから選択された層を備える、請求項5に記載の断熱ユニット。
- 前記非自己支持型可撓性スキンが気体障壁層をさらに備える、請求項6に記載の断熱ユニット。
- 前記気体障壁層が、ポリエチレン、スチレン合金、及びアルミニウムの少なくとも1つを備える、請求項7に記載の断熱ユニット。
- 前記剛性の断熱発泡体の外面と前記可撓性スキンとの間に配置された層をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の断熱ユニット。
- 断熱ユニットの組立方法であって、
内面及び外面を備え、前記内面が前記断熱ユニットのキャビティを画定するように配置される、内側ライニングを提供するステップと、
離間配置で前記内側ライニングの前記外面の周りに配置される外側ライニングであって、前記断熱ユニットの外表面の少なくとも一部を画定するように適合された非自己支持型可撓性スキンを備え、前記内側ライニングの前記外面と前記外側ライニングとの間に体積を画定する空間が存在する、外側ライニングを提供するステップと、
発泡体形成組成物を前記内側ライニングの前記外面と前記外側ライニングとの間の前記体積の中に注入するステップであって、前記発泡体形成組成物が発泡され硬化されて断熱発泡体となるステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記断熱発泡体が剛性の発泡体である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡体形成組成物を注入する前に、前記内側ライニングの前記内面、前記内側ライニングの前記外面、及び前記断熱ユニットの前記外表面の少なくとも1つに隣接して補強構造体を配置するステップをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記補強構造体が、剛性の断熱発泡体内に配置されたフレームを形成するように配置された補強バーを備える、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記非自己支持型可撓性スキンが、可撓性ポリマー、天然繊維、又は化学繊維の少なくとも1つの少なくとも1つの層を備える、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記非自己支持型可撓性スキンが、スプレーポリウレタン層、熱可塑性ポリオレフィン層、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、ポリ塩化ビニル回転成形層の少なくとも1つから選択された層を備える、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記非自己支持型可撓性スキンが気体障壁層をさらに備える、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の断熱ユニットを備える器具デバイス。
- 冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、冷却器、皿洗い機、及び湯沸かし機の1つである請求項17に記載の器具デバイス。
- 製造物品であって、
内面及び外面を備え、前記内面が断熱ユニットのキャビティを画定するように配置される、内側ライニングと、
前記内側ライニングの前記外面上に配置され、断熱発泡体が内面及び外面を備え、前記内面が前記内側ライニングの前記外面に付着される、発泡体と、
前記発泡体の前記外面上に配置された外側ライニングであって、前記断熱ユニットの外表面の少なくとも一部を画定するように適合され、前記発泡体の前記外面に付着される非自己支持型可撓性スキンを備えた、外側ライニングと
を備える製造物品。 - 前記製造物品が、頭板、足板、座席、カウチ、布団、ドア、食品庫、及び食器棚の少なくとも1つである、請求項1に記載の製造物品。
