Claims (22)
- 少なくとも4つの導電体(2、2’)を備え、
前記導電体(2、2’)は、共通する巻線中心(3)の周囲に巻かれており、
少なくとも4つの前記導電体(2、2’)のそれぞれが、コイル(1)の全長にわたって、前記コイル(1)の前記巻線中心(3)と一定の距離のところにあり、
前記コイル(1)が本質的に機械的に安定であることを特徴とするコイル。 - 前記導電体(2、2’)が前記巻線の近傍でお互いに関して絶縁されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコイル。
- 前記導電体(2、2’)が少なくとも前記コイル(1)の端でお互いに接していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のコイル。
- 前記導電体(2、2’)が、一緒に捻れて撚られている個々のワイヤから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のコイル。
- 前記導電体(2、2’)がお互いに機械的に接合されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のコイル。
- 前記導電体(2、2’)が一定の間隔をもって、お互いに接合されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のコイル。
- 内側の前記導電体(2)の長さが、前記コイル(1)全体のより外側で隣接する前記導電体(2’)の長さよりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のコイル。
- 前記導電体(2、2’)のそれぞれの端が電気的接点(4)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のコイル。
- 前記導電体(2、2’)の端が接続ピンに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のコイル。
- フェライトコア(5)が前記巻線中心(3)に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のコイル。
- 前記コイル(1)の断面形状が正方形であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のコイル。
- 前記コイル(1)が流延コンパウンドでスリーブされることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載のコイル。
- 少なくとも4つの導電体(2、2’)が、少なくとも第1のテーパ付き圧力ローラー(10)と、第2のテーパ付き圧力ローラー(11)とによって、テーパ付ガイドローラー(12)の上で押圧され、
前記ガイドローラー(12)が溝型の集中凹部(13)を有し、
前記導電体(2、2’)のそれぞれが前記ガイドローラー(12)の別々のガイド(13)に導かれ、
前記導電体(2、2’)が、前記ガイドローラー(12)の周囲を通過する間、お互いに機械的に接合され、
前記導電体(2、2’)が、前記ガイドローラー(12)の周囲を通過した後、らせん形状を有することを特徴とするコイルの製造方法。 - 前記導電体(2、2’)が、前記ガイドローラーの周囲を通過する際、お互いに機械的に接合されていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のコイルの製造方法。
- 完成された前記コイル(1)が、流延コンパウンドとともに、容器内に沈められることを特徴とする請求項13または14に記載のコイルの製造方法。
- 少なくとも4つの導電体(2、2’)が、ワイヤガイド(100)によって巻き取り器具(102、103)の回転軸(101)の周囲に巻かれ、
導電体(2、2’)のそれぞれが別々のワイヤガイド(100)を有し、
前記導電体(2、2’)が、前記巻き取り器具(102、103)の前記回転軸(101)と垂直方向に配置される巻き取り面で巻き取られ、
前記ワイヤガイド(100)が、巻線の数が増加するにつれて、前記回転軸(101)と平行な方向にフィードされ、
前記導電体(2、2’)が、巻き取りの間、お互いに機械的に接合されていることを特徴とするコイルの製造方法。 - 前記導電体(2、2’)の第1端が、前記巻き取り器具(102)の第1部に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のコイルの製造方法。
- 前記巻線の内径(D1)が前記回転軸(101)の外径(D2)によって決定されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のコイルの製造方法。
- 前記巻線の断面が前記回転軸(101)の断面によって決定されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のコイルの製造方法。
- 前記導電体(2、2’)が、巻き取りの間、お互いに接合されていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のコイルの製造方法。
- 完全に巻き取られた前記コイル(1)が前記巻き取り器具(102、103)から除去されることを特徴とする請求項16乃至20のいずれか1項に記載のコイルの製造方法。
- 完成された前記コイル(1)が流延コンパウンドとともに、容器内に沈められることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のコイルの製造方法。
