Abstract
Description
第2分岐管42は、基本的には、燃焼ユニット3のそれぞれに対する予備の排気管として機能し、好ましくは、浄化されていない排気ガスの漏れを防止するために新鮮な最小限の空気がスクラバユニット51に供給されるようにする。
第2分岐管42の温度センサは、従って、高温で浄化されていない排気ガスの大気への意図しない流れが無いように制御するために使用することができる。第2分岐管42のフローセンサは、スクラバユニット51に供給される、新鮮な空気の流れ、即ち上述の最小限の新鮮な空気の流れを制御するために使用することができる。第2バルブ手段は、第2分岐管においてかかる流れを調整してもよい。
Claims (15)
- 船舶用の機械装置であって、
燃焼ユニットと、
第1分岐管及び第2分岐管を含む排気ガスダクト組立体であって、前記燃焼ユニットに接続され、排気ガス流れを受け、大気に前記排気ガス流れを導く排気ガスダクト組立体と、
前記排気ガスの流れ方向に配置された排気ガス浄化システムとを含み、
前記第2分岐管は、前記燃焼ユニットに接続され、前記第1分岐管は、前記第2分岐管に接続され、
前記第1分岐管は、排気ガス流れを前記排気ガス浄化システムに及び更に大気に導くように配置され、
ファンユニットは、前記第1分岐管に連通して設けられ、
第1バルブ手段は、前記第1分岐管に設けられ、
前記第2分岐管は、予備の排気管として機能するように構成されることを特徴とする、機械装置。 - 前記燃焼ユニットは、エンジンルーム内に配置され、前記エンジンルームは、容器に連通するエンジンルーム通気出口を備える、請求項1に記載の機械装置。
- 前記ファンユニットは、前記第1分岐管と前記排気ガス浄化システムの間に配置される、請求項1に記載の機械装置。
- 前記ファンユニットは、前記排気ガスの流れ方向で前記排気ガス浄化システムの後に配置される、請求項1に記載の機械装置。
- 前記ファンユニットは、前記第1分岐管内に配置される、請求項1に記載の機械装置。
- 対応する第1分岐管及び第2分岐管に接続される多数の燃焼ユニットを含む、請求項1に記載の機械装置。
- 前記第1分岐管は、前記排気ガス浄化システムに接続される共通の収集分岐管に接続される、請求項6に記載の機械装置。
- 前記ファンユニットは、前記共通の収集分岐管内に配置される、請求項7に記載の機械装置。
- 前記排気ガス浄化システムは、排気ガス管を備えるスクラバユニットを含む、請求項1に記載の機械装置。
- 前記排気ガス管は、前記容器内に配置される、請求項2及び9に記載の機械装置。
- 前記スクラバユニットは、前記容器の外側に配置される、請求項2及び9に記載の機械装置。
- 前記第1分岐管は、前記容器内に配置される、請求項1及び2に記載の機械装置。
- 前記容器は、端部が開口しており、前記排気ガス管の少なくとも一部を囲繞するジャケット部を備える、請求項2に記載の機械装置。
- 船舶の機械装置の動作方法において、
燃焼ユニットからの排気ガス流れが、第1分岐管及び第2分岐管を含む排気ガスダクト組立体であって、前記第2分岐管が前記燃焼ユニットに接続され前記第1分岐管が前記第2分岐管に接続された排気ガスダクト組立体を通って、排気ガス浄化システムに導かれ、更に、大気に導かれる、方法であって、
前記排気ガス流れは、前記第1分岐管を通って前記排気ガス浄化システムに導かれ、
前記排気ガス流れは、前記第1分岐管に関連した流れ内に配置されたファンユニットと、前記第1分岐管内に配置された第1バルブ手段とにより制御され、
前記第2分岐管は、予備の排気管として設けられることを特徴とする、方法。 - 空気は、前記第2分岐管を介して前記第1分岐管に供給される、請求項16に記載の方法。
