Description
燃焼ユニット3は、参照符号11で一般的に指示されるエンジンルーム内に配置される(以下で詳説)。
燃焼ユニット3が駆動されると、排気ガスが生成され、排気ガスダクト組立体4内に導かれ、先ず燃焼ユニット3に接続される第2セクション42を通り、次いで、スクラバユニット51に接続される第1セクション41を通って前方に流れる。
明らかなように、燃焼ユニットの数及び種類は変更でき、これにより、それらは、同一の排気ガス浄化システムに接続されることができる。燃焼ユニットは、また、排気ガスボイラを備えてもよい。船舶に搭載される燃焼ユニットの位置の観点から、対応する容器を備える1つ以上の排ガス浄化システムを有することも可能である。
ファンユニットは、代替的に、スクラバユニットの排気ガス管52内の、スクラバユニット51の後に配置されてもよい。その他の可能性は、排気ガスの流れ方向(ブロックの矢印)に関してバルブ手段7の上流側で、第1分岐管411のそれぞれにファンユニットを配置することである。
明らかなように、燃焼ユニットの数及び種類は変更でき、これにより、それらは、同一の排気ガス浄化システムに接続されることができる。燃焼ユニットは、また、排気ガスボイラを備えてもよい。船舶に搭載される燃焼ユニットの位置の観点から、対応する容器を備える1つ以上の排ガス浄化システムを有することも可能である。
Claims (12)
- 船舶用の機械装置であって、
エンジンルームに配置される燃焼ユニットと、
前記燃焼ユニットに接続される排気ガスダクト組立体であって、排気ガス流れを受け、排気ガス浄化システムを通して大気に前記排気ガス流れを導く排気ガスダクト組立体とを含み、
排気ガス浄化システムは、スクラバユニットを含み、前記スクラバユニットの排気ガス管は、容器内に配置され、前記容器は、前記エンジンルームからの加熱された空気流れにより前記排気ガス管に熱を供給するために、前記エンジンルームに連通して配置され、
前記スクラバユニットは、前記容器の外側に配置され、
前記燃焼ユニットは、前記排気ガスダクト組立体の第2セクション及び第1セクションにより前記スクラバユニットに接続されることを特徴とする機械装置。 - 前記エンジンルームは、前記容器に連通するエンジンルーム通気出口を備える、請求項1に記載の機械装置。
- 前記容器は、端部が開口しており、前記排気ガス管の少なくとも一部を囲繞するジャケット部を備える、請求項1に記載の機械装置。
- 前記スクラバユニットに接続される前記排気ガスダクト組立体の第1セクションは、前記容器内に配置される、請求項1に記載の機械装置。
- 前記排気ガスダクト組立体の第1セクションは、前記容器内で断熱されていない、請求項1または2に記載の機械装置。
- 前記排気ガスダクト組立体の第1セクションは、第1分岐管を含み、前記排気ガスダクト組立体の第2セクションは、第2分岐管を含み、前記第1分岐管は、前記容器内に配置される、請求項1に記載の機械装置。
- 前記第1分岐管は、前記容器内で断熱されていない、請求項6に記載の機械装置。
- 複数の燃焼ユニットを含み、
前記排気ガスダクト組立体は、対応する第1分岐管及び第2分岐管を含み、前記第1分岐管は、前記容器内に配置される、請求項1に記載の機械装置。 - 船舶の機械装置の動作方法において、
エンジンルームに配置された燃焼ユニットからの排気ガス流れが、排気ガス浄化システムに排気ガスダクト組立体を通って導かれ、更に、大気に導かれる、方法であって、
スクラバユニットが前記排気ガス浄化システムとして設けられ、前記スクラバユニットの排気ガス管は、容器内に配置され、該容器には、前記エンジンルームから加熱された空気流れが供給され、前記加熱された空気流れは、前記排気ガス管に接触するように導かれ、
前記スクラバユニットは、前記容器の外側に配置されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記加熱された空気流れは、エンジンルーム通気出口を通って前記エンジンルームから供給される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱された空気流れは、前記排気ガスダクト組立体により前記容器内で追加の熱を供給される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記機械装置は、1つ以上の燃焼ユニットを備え、前記排気ガスダクト組立体は、1つ以上の第1分岐管及び1つ以上の第2分岐管を備え、前記1つ以上の第1分岐管は、前記容器に追加の熱を供給する、請求項10または11に記載の方法。
