Claims (20)

を含み、前記第2フローチャネルが、水蒸気に対して少なくとも部分的に浸透性である膜シートによってある程度規定され、前記液体冷却剤の空気流が、前記第2フローチャネルと反対側の前記膜の側を流れる間接蒸発冷却器。 - 前記液体冷却剤が、前記第1フローチャネルにおいて前記流入供給空気流から伝達された熱を受け取ることに応じて、前記膜を通して前記排出空気流に、蒸気として質量を伝達する請求項1記載の冷却器。

前記第2フローチャネルの壁に隣接する液体冷却剤の流れを導入する、前記第1、第2および第3導入工程と同時に生じる第4導入工程であって、前記液体冷却剤は、前記液体冷却剤を含有し、前記液体冷却剤からの蒸気が前記パージ空気に流入することを許容する膜によって、前記第2フローチャネルにおける前記パージ空気から離れて配置され、これにより、熱が液体冷却剤から放出され、前記プロセス空気が冷却され、かつ同時に除湿される工程と

- 前記液体冷却剤が水であり、前記液体乾燥剤が塩溶液を含む弱い乾燥剤であって、前記膜が、前記塩溶液が前記第1フローチャネルに流入することを阻止する請求項17記載の方法。
