Abstract
Description
黄土60〜80重量%、0.14mm以下の活性炭10〜20重量%、水分10〜30重量%を混合し土練して圧出タイルを成形した。成形されたタイルを60〜100℃で50分間乾燥したし、総焼成時間60分で800℃で熱処理して活性炭コアタイルを製造した。
実施例1と同様な方法でタイルを製造したし、乾燥段階と焼成段階との間に水分が50重量%添加された1,000℃の融点を有する釉薬を施釉した。それ以降の焼成段階は実施例1の工程と同様な方法で施した。

実施例及び比較例のタイルに対してフォルムアルデヒド吸着性能を評価したし、その結果は表1の通りである。フォルムアルデヒド吸着量は、タイル材料1g当たり吸着するフォルムアルデヒド量で測定した。
Claims (8)
- コア及び該コアを取り囲む表面層で構成され、コアにだけ活性炭が含まれ、表面層には熱処理によって活性炭が除去されることを特徴とする、タイル。
- 表面層が酸化された活性炭によって形成されたアッシュを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイル。
- 黄土40〜80重量%、粘土0〜20重量%、活性炭5〜30重量%、水分10〜30重量%を含む組成物を熱処理して製造されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイル。
- 活性炭が0.001〜0.14mmの微粉砕パウダーであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイル。
- 活性炭を含む組成物を熱処理することを特徴とする、タイルの製造方法。
- (a)黄土40〜80重量%、粘土0〜20重量%、活性炭5〜30重量%を含む乾式混合物を用意する段階と、
(b)前記混合物に水分を10〜30重量%混合し土練した後圧出する成形段階と、
(c)圧出された成形物を60〜100℃で40〜70分間乾燥する段階と、
(d)乾燥された成形物を600〜900℃で1〜60分間焼成する段階と、を含む、請求項5に記載のタイルの製造方法。 - (c)及び(d)段階の間に釉薬を施釉する段階をさらに含む、請求項6に記載のタイルの製造方法。
- 釉薬が600〜1,100℃の融点を有し、釉薬に水分を30〜50重量%添加することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のタイルの製造方法。
