Description
−注射準備手順中にエネルギーを蓄えるように設定されたバネ手段、

Claims (16)
- 医薬充填済みのカートリッジと組み合わせて使用するための医療用注射装置であって、該注射装置は個別に設定されたか又は固定の用量の医薬を保持されたカートリッジから繰り返し注射するように構成されており、該注射装置は:
−注射準備手順中にエネルギーを蓄えるように設定されたバネ手段、
−保持されたカートリッジの放出端に向けて保持されたカートリッジのプランジャを移動させるために前進可能な駆動部材であって、前記バネ手段に予め蓄えられたエネルギーが解放されると、注射中にバネ手段によって押し進められる駆動部材、
−バネ手段からのエネルギーの解放を引き起こす用量送達アクチュエータ、
−駆動部材、又は駆動部材に関連した構成要素に関する位置情報を検出するように構成されたセンサ、及び
−センサに感知された信号を処理するための、センサと通信する回路
を備え、
該回路が、センサに感知された信号から速度データを決定し、該速度データを所定の速度データと比較し、そして注射中に感知された速度が異常な速度状態に到達した場合に制御動作を実行する、医療用注射装置。 - 回路が信号発生手段を含み、該回路は異常な速度状態の検出に反応して信号を発することによる制御動作を行うように構成されている、請求項1に記載の医療用注射装置。

−注射作業完了後の針引き抜き待ち時間を決定するための算出手段、
−対象のユーザに針引き抜き待ち時間を表示するためのユーザ通信手段
を備え、
該注射装置が更に、注射の速度を決定するように構成された速度検出手段を備え、推奨される針引き抜き待ち時間は速度検出手段によって検出された注射の速度に依存する、医療用注射装置。 - 注射可能か又は注射された医薬量を決定するための手段を備え、推奨される針引き抜き待ち時間が更に注射量に依存する、請求項10に記載の医療用注射装置。
- 注射可能か又は注射された医薬量を決定するための手段を備え、速度検出手段が、注射可能/注射された量及び注射作業時間の長さに基づいて注射の平均速度を算出するように構成されている、請求項10又は11に記載の医療用注射装置。
- 速度検出手段が、注射中の駆動部材又は駆動部材に関連した構成要素の動きを感知するためのセンサを備える、請求項10乃至12のいずれかに記載の医療用注射装置。
- 速度検出手段が、注射動作中にパルスを発する信号発生器、及び前記パルスを受信するためのセンサを備え、それにより注射の速度が注射中に受信されたパルスの周波数と比例する、請求項10乃至13のいずれかに記載の医療用注射装置。
- 速度検出手段が、ルックアップテーブルが保存されているストレージに連結されたプロセッサを備え、前記ルックアップテーブルは、用量投与速度の関数として針引き抜き待ち時間を定義するものである、請求項1乃至14のいずれかに記載の医療用注射装置。
- 速度検出手段が、ルックアップテーブルが保存されているストレージに連結されたプロセッサを備え、前記ルックアップテーブルは、用量投与速度及び用量サイズの関数として針引き抜き待ち時間を定義するものである、請求項11乃至14のいずれかに記載の医療用注射装置。
