特許文献4が、シリンジからの流量を制御するための機器および方法を開示している。シリンジの各ピストンの動きを生じさせるために、ピストンの部品としてのまたはピストンに固定されたラックが設けられ、そして各ラックの縦方向への移動は、パルス駆動性ステッパ・モータに結合した付随ピニオンギアを回転させることにより生じる。エラーチェックおよびデータ整合性検証が、引き続き適切な操作を確認するために与えられる。
特許文献5が、電磁弁または壊れた弁の詰まりおよび不完全なスイッチ操作に起因する配管系の動作不良を検出する、モータ非同期検出回路を記載している。モータに供給されるモータ駆動パルスが測定され、そして、モータの非同期を検出するために回転エンコーダにより得られたパルスと比較される。起点位置では、起点センサがモータ駆動装置に停止シグナルを与える。
特許文献6が、患者と供給源との間の所定の制御率で流体量を汲みだす容積ポンプを記載している。チャンバーには、プランジャの変位の増分当たりの所定の容積が設定されている。プランジャはチャンバー内を増分ベースで、チャンバーを充たすための第一方向、およびチャンバーを空にするための第一方向とは反対の第二方向に移動し、それによりチャンバーの中身を出力ラインに送りだす。ステッパ・モータを含みかつ制御手段により制御されるプランジャ駆動手段がプランジャを駆動する。
特許文献7が、注射液の制御された容積を送達するための血管造影制御システムを開示している。注射器は、圧力ジャケット内に含まれるシリンジカートリッジから液体を射出するためのモータ駆動ピストンを有している。駆動モータは注射器ピストンの増加した位置に対応する指令電圧に応じて操作され、指令位置信号はまたカートリッジから射出される液量にも対応している。この指令位置信号は実際の位置電圧と比較され、駆動モータを操作するためのエラー信号を生み出し、それによりシリンジピストンは位置指令信号に追随する。
特許文献8が、薬物注入システムで使用するための液体送達監視制御機器を開示している。流体のポンピングは駆動機構内の、それぞれが個々のポンピングチャネルのための2つの弁および往復ピストンに連結されている、DCモータを制御することにより行われる。 ポンプの出力流量率は、正確な制御をおこなうデジタルフィードバック制御装置により維持される。
Claims (7)
- ハウジング(2)、薬剤容器(9)の栓を駆動するピストン・ロッド、薬剤を送達するための出力駆動をピストン・ロッドに与えるモータ(13)を含む駆動機構(74)、およびデバイスの動作を制御するための制御手段、を含んでなる、薬剤を患者に送達するための注射デバイス(1)であって、制御手段が:モータ(13)用の入力駆動信号を発生させる駆動信号発生器;モータ(13)の出力駆動を示すエンコーダ出力信号を発生させるためのエンコーダ(19);および入力駆動信号およびエンコーダ出力間の比較に依存してデバイスの作動制御を変更させる手段;を含み、
エンコーダ出力信号が、モータの出力駆動に対応するタイミング特性を有するパルス信号であり;パルスエンコーダ出力のカウントとステッパ・パルスのカウントとの間の比較が、モータ停止またはモータ・スリップを示し;モータが、スリップ量が所定の閾値を超えるとき、所定の基準ポイントに反して意図的に止められ;そして制御手段が、使用者が投与される薬剤の量を設定するためのボタンをさらに含み、投与される薬剤の不足を算出し、この不足に対応する投与量を投与する手段を実行する、上記注射デバイス。 - 入力駆動信号が、モータを駆動するためのステッパ・パルスを含んでなる、請求項1に記載の注射デバイス。
- 複数の基準ポイントがデバイスに含まれ、各基準ポイントがデバイスの異なった作動面を示す、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- 基準ポイントが、バックストップ位置、送達済投与量、ドア位置、駆動位置およびリセット閾値のうちいずれか1つまたはそれ以上を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- 基準ポイントは、それぞれの基準ポイントがステッパ・パルスのデバイスデータに関連するそれぞれのカウント数に対応するように、入力駆動信号に関係している、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- モータ・スリップまたはモータ停止が検出される事象において、制御手段が基準ポイントの1つに対するスリップ量を決定するように作動し、その際、変更手段がデバイスの作動制御を所定の基準に従って調整する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の自動注射デバイス。
