Claims (10)
- ハウジング、薬剤容器の栓を駆動するピストン・ロッド、薬剤を送達するための出力駆動をピストン・ロッドに与えるモータを含む駆動機構、およびデバイスの動作を制御するための制御手段、を含んでなる、薬剤を患者に送達するための注射デバイスであって、制御手段が;モータ用の入力駆動信号を発生させる駆動信号発生器;モータの出力駆動を示すエンコーダ出力信号を発生させるためのエンコーダ;および入力駆動信号およびエンコーダ出力間の比較に依存してデバイスの作動制御を変更させる手段;を含んでなる、上記注射デバイス。
- 入力駆動信号が、モータを駆動するためのステッパ・パルスを含んでなる、請求項1に記載の注射デバイス。
- エンコーダ出力信号が、モータの出力駆動に対応するタイミング特性を有するパルス信号である、請求項1または請求項2に記載の注射デバイス。
- 複数の基準ポイントがデバイスに含まれ、各基準ポイントがデバイスの異なった作動面を示す、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- 基準ポイントが、バックストップ位置、投与量送達済、ドア位置、駆動位置およびリセット閾値のうちいずれか1つまたはそれ以上を含む、請求項4に記載の注射装置。
- 基準ポイントは、それぞれの基準ポイントがデバイスデータに関連するそれぞれのカウント数に対応するように、入力駆動信号に関係している、請求項2〜4または請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- パルスエンコーダ出力のカウントのステッパ・パルスのカウントとの間の比較が、モータ停止またはモータ・スリップを示す、請求項3に記載の注射デバイス。
- モータ・スリップまたはモータ停止が検出される事象において、制御手段が基準ポイントの1つに対するスリップ量を決定するように作動し、その際、変更手段がデバイスの作動制御を所定の基準に従って調整する、請求項7に記載の注射装置。
- モータが、スリップ量が所定の閾値を超えるとき、所定の基準ポイントに反して計画的に止められる、請求項7に記載の注射デバイス。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の自動注射デバイス。
