Abstract
Description
−光学的透明性;
−280nm〜400nmの波長のUV光遮光;
−添加剤の移動が実質的にないこと;
−硫黄に対する抵抗。
(a1)周期律表の第4族および第12族の酸化物から選択されるナノ粒子金属酸化物であって該金属酸化物が周期律表の第13、14および17族から、好ましくはIn、Gaおよび/またはAlから選択されるドーピング元素でドープされているナノ粒子金属酸化物、
(b1)立体障害アミンを含む有機UV光安定化物質および/またはポリマーヒドロキシフェニルトリアジンを含むUV吸収物質、あるいは
(a2)第4族および第12族の酸化物から選択されるナノ粒子金属酸化物、ならびに
(b2)N−酸素置換立体障害アミンを含む有機UV光安定化物質
を含む組成物(特に、UV吸収および安定化組成物)に関する。
(i)チタン化合物または亜鉛化合物を、好ましくは溶液または分散液の形で調製する工程と、
(ii)酢酸塩、硝酸塩、水酸化物およびハロゲン化物から選択されるIn、Gaおよび/またはAl塩を、好ましくは溶液または分散液の形で添加する工程と、
(iii)得られた組成物を加熱する工程と、
(iv)得られたナノ粒子金属酸化物を単離する工程と
を含む方法である。
Ga(NO3)3(場合によって水和物の形)および/またはIn(CH3COO)3を添加するのが好適である。
Gは、水素またはメチルであり、
G1およびG2は、互いに独立して、水素、メチルであり、またはともに置換基=Oである]
の少なくとも1つの活性部分を含むニトロキシル、ヒドロキシルアミン、アルコキシアミンまたはヒドロキシアルコキシアミン類の立体障害アミンである。
G1およびG2は、独立して、1〜4個の炭素原子のアルキルであり、またはともにペンタメチレンであり、
Lは、O、OHまたはO−E1であり;
E1は、C1−C18アルキル、C5−C12シクロアルキルまたはC7−C15であり;あるいはE1は、それぞれ脂肪族部が1〜3つのOH基で置換されたC1−C18アルキル、C5−C12シクロアルキルまたはC7−C15アラルキルであり;あるいは
ジアルキルエステルまたはイソシアネートと式(I’)
G1およびG2は、以上に定義されている通りであり、E1は1つのOH基を含み、
Tは−CH2−CH(OH)−CH2−であり;あるいは
式(I)の化合物の単純なジエステルまたはウレタン誘導体であり、E1は1つのOH基を含む、Tは−CH2−CH(OH)−CH2−である]の基を含む立体障害アミンも好適である。
Lは、以上に記載されている通りであり、GおよびG1の各々は、水素またはメチルから独立して選択される]のものをさらに含むことができる。1分子当たり2つ以上の障害アミンおよび2つ以上の飽和アミン酸化物を含むアミン酸化物も含まれる。アルコキシアミンまたはヒドロキシアルコキシアミン類の立体阻害アミン、すなわちLが−O−E1であるものが好適である。

を有機材料、好ましくはポリマー、特に有機ポリマーのためのUV吸収剤として含む組成物の使用である。「UV吸収剤」という用語は、UV光を吸収し、有機材料、好ましくは有機ポリマーを化学線による劣化に対して安定化させることが可能な材料を指す。
a)(通常は高圧および高温下での)ラジカル重合
b)通常、周期律表の第IVb族、Vb族、VIb族またはVIII族の1つ以上の金属を含む触媒を使用する触媒重合。これらの金属は、通常、1つ以上の配位子、典型的には、πもしくはσ配位結合された酸化物、ハロゲン化物、アルコレート、エステル、エーテル、アミン、アルキル、アルケニルおよび/またはアリールを有する。これらの金属錯体は、遊離した形であっても、基質、典型的には活性化塩化マグネシウム、塩化チタン(III)、アルミナまたは酸化珪素に固定されていてもよい。これらの触媒は、重合媒体に可溶または不溶であってよい。それらの触媒を重合にそのまま使用することができ、またはさらなる活性化剤、典型的には金属アルキル、金属水素化物、金属アルキルハロゲン化物、金属アルキル酸化物または金属アルキルオキサンを使用することができ、前記金属は、周期律表の第Ia族、IIa族および/またはIIIa族の元素である。活性化剤を便利にはさらなるエステル、エーテル、アミンまたはシリルエーテル基で変性することができる。これらの触媒系は、通常、Phillips、Standard Oil(Indiana)、ジーグラー(ナッタ)、TNZ(DuPont)、メタロセンまたはシングルサイト触媒(SSC)と呼ばれる。
実施例1:フィルム製造1
一定量の以下に記載のマスターバッチに、0.6g/10分のメルトインデックスを有するLDPE(Riblene FF−29)をターボミキサー(Caccia、Labo 10)によってペレットの形で導入した(190℃/2.16Kg)。210℃の最大温度で動作するブロー押出機(Dolci)を使用して、該混合物を200μm厚さのフィルムに加工した。
実施例1の配合物1〜4から得られた200ミクロンのLDPEフィルムの性能を、燃焼硫黄または硫黄含有農薬の存在下で自然エージング(イタリアBolognaに設置された屋外ステーション)および人工エージング(6500Wキセノンランプ(連続光サイクル、黒色パネル温度=63℃))が装備されたATLAS Weatherometer型式Ci65A)して評価した。曝露時間の関数としての機械特性を監視した。
ターボミキサー(Caccia、Labo10)にて、以下の表に報告される一定量の添加剤と、0.6g/10分のメルトインデックスを有するLDPE Riblene FF−29とを混合した(190℃/2.16Kg)。O.M.C.二軸押出機(型式ebv 19/25)を使用して200℃の最大温度で該混合物を押し出して造粒し、続いて210℃の最大温度で動作する実験規模の押出機(Formac)を使用して150μmの厚さのフィルムに加工した。
150ミクロンのLDPEフィルムの性能を人工エージング(6500Wキセノンランプ(連続光サイクル、黒色パネル温度=63℃))が装備されたATLAS Weatherometer型式Ci65A)して評価した。曝露時間の関数のカルボニル増分(FT−IR Perkin−Elmer Spectrum Oneによる1710cm−1におけるピーク)を監視した。
すべての化学物質をSigma Aldrichから調達し、特記しない限りそのまま使用する。
In含有率が2、6および12質量%であるInドープされたZn(IZO)を実施例5に従って製造した。それぞれのサンプルをそれぞれIZO−M2、IZO−M6およびIZO−M12とした。
Ga(NO3)3・xH2Oを8時間にわたって150℃(15mmHg)に設定されたクーゲルロールオーブンにて乾燥させ、電量水測定を実施した(含水量:12.23%)。この材料は、使用されているガリウム前駆体であった。
Claims (15)
- 熱可塑性有機ポリマーと、
(a1)周期律表の第4族および第12族の酸化物から選択されるナノ粒子金属酸化物であって該金属酸化物が周期律表の第13、14および17族から、好ましくはIn、Gaおよび/またはAlから選択されるドーピング元素でドープされているナノ粒子金属酸化物、および
(b1)立体障害アミンを含む有機UV光安定化物質および/またはポリマーヒドロキシフェニルトリアジンを含むUV吸収物質、あるいは
(a2)第4族および第12族の酸化物から選択されるナノ粒子金属酸化物、および
(b2)N−酸素置換立体障害アミンを含む有機UV光吸収物質
とを含む組成物であって、(a1)または(a2)が、ポリマーの全質量に対して、0.1〜3質量%、好ましくは0.3〜2質量%の量で存在することを特徴とする組成物。 - ナノ粒子金属酸化物(a1)または(a2)の平均粒径が、1nm〜150nm、好ましくは10nm〜120nmである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- ナノ粒子金属酸化物(a1)または(a2)が、亜鉛酸化物またはチタン酸化物から選択される、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- ナノ粒子金属酸化物(a1)が、ナノ粒子金属酸化物の全質量に対して、3〜12質量%、好ましくは4〜10質量%の含有率のIn、Gaおよび/またはAlの金属を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 成分(b1)または(b2)の立体障害アミンが、ニトロキシル、ヒドロキシルアミン、アルコキシアミンまたはヒドロキシルアルコキシアミン類のN−酸素置換立体障害アミンである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 成分(b1)において、ポリマーヒドロキシフェニルトリアジンが、式(III)

式(IV)の少なくとも1つの部分および少なくとも1つのT部分が含まれる]のオリゴエステルまたはポリエステルである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。 - 10〜70質量%の成分(a1)または(a2)および30〜90質量%の成分(b1)または(b2)、好ましくは20〜45質量%の成分(a1)または(a2)および55〜80質量%の成分(b1)または(b2)を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 成分(b)が、ポリマーの全質量に対して0.1〜4質量%、好ましくは0.5〜3質量%の量で存在する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 前記ポリマーが、光学的に透明であり、且つ280nm〜400nmの波長範囲の光を吸収する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- ポリマー材料としてポリエチレン、特にLDPEを含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーを含む農業用プラスチックフィルムまたは包装フィルム。
- チタン酸化物および亜鉛酸化物から選択されるナノ粒子金属酸化物において該金属酸化物がIn、Gaおよび/またはAlでドープされているナノ粒子金属酸化物を製造するための方法であって、
(i)チタン酸化物または亜鉛酸化物を、好ましくは溶液または分散液の形で提供する工程と、
(ii)酢酸塩、硝酸塩、水酸化物およびハロゲン化物から選択されるIn、Gaおよび/またはAl塩を、好ましくは溶液または分散液の形で添加する工程と、
(iii)工程(ii)で得られた組成物を加熱する工程と、
(iv)得られるドープされたナノ粒子金属酸化物を単離する工程と
を含む方法。 - 請求項13に記載の方法によって得られるナノ粒子金属酸化物。
