Claims (12)
- 相互に平行な補強要素の少なくとも1つの層で作られると共に少なくとも1つの円周方向補強要素によりタイヤの各側でビードで繋留された少なくとも1つのカーカス型補強構造体を有するタイヤであって、各ビードの半径方向外方の延長部としてサイドウォールが設けられ、前記サイドウォールが半径方向外側寄りでトレッドに合体し、前記タイヤが実働層と呼ばれる円周方向と10°〜60°の角度をなす補強要素の少なくとも1つの層から成るクラウン補強構造体を前記トレッドの下に有する、タイヤにおいて、少なくとも1つの実働層は、少なくとも1つのカーカス層の半径方向内側に位置し、前記タイヤは、前記サイドウォール内において、ショルダの一端部と半径方向最も内側の円周方向補強要素の半径方向内側端部との間の半径方向距離の少なくとも50%に等しい半径方向距離にわたって延びる少なくとも2つの軸方向に隣り合ったカーカス補強層部分を有し、前記カーカス補強材の前記補強要素は、少なくとも赤道面内において、円周方向と80°未満の角度をなし、少なくとも1つの実働層の前記補強要素は、少なくとも赤道面内において、前記カーカス型補強構造体の補強要素と40°より大きい角度をなして交差し、前記タイヤが少なくとも1つのカーカス層の半径方向内側に位置した少なくとも2つの実働層を有する場合、前記少なくとも2つの実働層の前記補強要素は、1つの層から次の層に最大で5°の角度をなして交差し、前記タイヤが前記カーカス型補強構造体の半径方向外側に位置する少なくとも1つの実働層を有する場合、前記少なくとも1つの実働層の前記補強要素は、少なくとも1つのカーカス層の半径方向内側に位置した前記少なくとも1つの実働層の前記補強要素と少なくとも30°の角度をなして交差している、
ことを特徴とするタイヤ。 - 少なくとも1つの実働層の前記補強要素は、少なくとも前記赤道面内において、円周方向と55°未満の角度をなす、
請求項1記載のタイヤ。 - 前記ビード内のビードワイヤ周りに折り返された部分を含む少なくとも1つのカーカス層を有し、前記カーカス層の前記補強要素とその折り返し部分の前記補強要素は、1つの層から次の層にクロス掛けされ、前記補強要素は、前記層の各々のクロス掛けされた補強要素と交差する子午面平面の各側で方向づけられている、
請求項1又は2記載のタイヤ。 - 前記カーカス層の前記補強要素は、円周方向と65°〜90°の角度をなす、
請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記実働層の前記補強要素と前記カーカス型補強構造体の前記補強要素のなす角度は、70°より大きい、
請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記ビード内のビードワイヤ周りに折り返された部分を含む少なくとも1つのカーカス層を有し、前記カーカス層の少なくとも1つの折り返し部分の端部は、少なくとも1つの実働層の端部上に好ましくは少なくとも3mmの長さにわたって重ね合わされている、
請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記ビード内のビードワイヤ周りに折り返された部分を含む少なくとも1つのカーカス層を有し、前記カーカス層の少なくとも1つの折り返し部分の端部は、前記トレッドの下に延びている、
請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記ビード内のビードワイヤ周りに折り返された部分を含む少なくとも1つのカーカス層を有し、前記カーカス層の少なくとも1つの折り返し部分の端部と前記ビードワイヤの半径方向内側端部との間の半径方向距離は、ショルダ端部と前記ビードワイヤの前記半径方向内側端部との間の半径方向距離の50%〜75%である、
請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記クラウン補強構造体は、円周方向補強要素の少なくとも1つの層を有する、
