Abstract
本発明によれば、当該操作装置は、ロック装置(4)が、セレクトレバー(1)に結合された、多数のロック輪郭(7,8,9)を備えたアーム装置(5,6)を有していることにより特徴付けられる。この場合、各ロック輪郭(7,8,9)が1つのセレクトレバー位置に対応していて、アクチュエータにより作動可能なそれぞれ1つのロックエレメント(10,11,12)と係合可能であり、こうしてセレクトレバー(1)のための運動ストッパを形成する。
本発明は、僅かな構成上の手間をかけるだけで複雑なロック役目をも実現することを可能にする。操作時のひっかかりもしくはロック装置における定義されていない運転状態を回避することができる。セレクトレバーの運動範囲はアクチュエータにより制御されて十分に自由に位置決めされ得ると共に、操作装置は僅かな騒音発生ならびに短い切換時間しか有していない。

Claims (10)
- ギヤチェンジ変速機のシフト段を選択するための操作装置であって、該操作装置が、少なくとも3つの走行段位置の間で運動可能なセレクトレバー(1)と、該セレクトレバー(1)の運動範囲を制限するか、特定のセレクトレバー位置を排除するか、もしくはセレクトレバー(1)をブロックするためのロック装置(4)とを有している形式のものにおいて、ロック装置(4)が、セレクトレバー(1)に結合された、多数のロック輪郭(7,8,9)を備えたアーム装置(5,6)を有しており、各ロック輪郭(7,8,9)が1つのセレクトレバー位置に対応していて、アクチュエータにより作動可能なそれぞれ1つのロックエレメント(10,11,12)と、セレクトレバー(1)のための運動ストッパを形成するように係合可能であることを特徴とする、ギヤチェンジ変速機のシフト段を選択するための操作装置。
- ロックエレメントが、アクチュエータ(13,14,15)の引出し可能なピン(10,11,12)によって形成されている、請求項1記載の操作装置。
- ロックエレメントが、電磁石として形成されたアクチュエータ(13,14,15)の可動のアーマチュア(10,11,12)によって形成されている、請求項1または2記載の操作装置。
- アーム装置(5,6)が、セレクトレバー(1)の軸部と一体に形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の操作装置。
- セレクトレバー(1)の主操作方向に対して直交する横方向に移動可能に配置された横方向スライダ(18)が設けられており、該横方向スライダ(18)が、当該操作装置のベース範囲(2)でセレクトレバー(1)を取り囲む長孔(31)を有しており、該横方向スライダ(18)が、ロックアクチュエータ(29)によってブロック可能である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の操作装置。
- ティップゲートからセレクトゲートへセレクトレバー(1)をアクチュエータにより戻すためのアクチュエータ装置(19)が設けられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の操作装置。
- 前記アクチュエータ装置(19)が、セグメント式のウォーム伝動装置またはスピンドル伝動装置(21,22)を有している、請求項6記載の操作装置。
- 前記アクチュエータ装置(19)が、フリーホイールばね(27)によりばね負荷されたフリーホイール(26)を有しており、該フリーホイール(26)と該フリーホイールばね(27)とが、前記アクチュエータ装置(19)の操作方向に作用している、請求項6または7記載の操作装置。
- セレクトレバー(1)が単安定的である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の操作装置。
- 前記ロック輪郭が、エラストマ製のストッパダンパ(8a)を有している、請求項6記載の操作装置。
