Claims (5)
- マイクロクラックを有する多孔性セラミック物品を不動態化する方法であって、前記多孔性セラミック物品および不動態化剤を含む液体を接触させ、該不動態化剤の少なくとも一部を前記多孔性セラミック物品上に堆積する工程を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- さらに、前記不動態化剤の少なくとも一部が前記多孔性セラミック物品上に堆積された後に、前記液体を前記多孔性セラミック物品に通して循環させる工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。

前記多孔性セラミック物品を保持するホルダ;および
反応成分を含む液体の懸濁液を生成するためのエアゾール器であって、前記ホルダに前記懸濁液を運ぶエアゾール器、
を含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記エアゾール器が、ネブライザーおよびホモジナイザーを含むことを特徴とする請求項4記載の装置。
