である、太陽電池用バックシートを提供する。
ポリビニリデンフルオライド(PVDF)樹脂、
ポリ(ビニリデンフルオライド−テトラフルオロエチレン)(PVDF−PTFE)樹脂、
ポリ(ビニリデンフルオライド−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン)(PVDF−HFP)樹脂、
ポリ(ビニリデンフルオライド−テトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン)(PVDF−PTFE−HFP)樹脂、
が挙げられる。
アミノ変性ポリ(ビニリデンフルオライド−テトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン)樹脂、
ヒドロキシル変性ポリ(ビニリデンフルオライド−テトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン)樹脂、
アザシクロプロパン変性ポリ(ビニリデンフルオライド−テトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン)樹脂、
から成る群から選択される。
フッ素樹脂 25部〜45部、

基板を広げると共に、フルオロポリマー層を基板の表面上にコーティングすること、及びその後、硬化して太陽電池用バックシートを得ること、

ポリアミド粒子(Solvay Solexisから入手可能) 1.5部
マイカ粒子(DU PONTから入手可能) 0.5部
ブチルアセテート 50部
熱硬化性樹脂接着剤(Hexionによる)を、75μmの厚みを有するPET基板(ChinaLucky Film Group Corporationから入手可能)の両側に塗布し、38μmの厚みを有するPVFフィルム(DU PONTから入手可能)をホットプレスしてその上に接着させた。こうして、従来の太陽電池用バックシートが比較例として得られる。
1.透湿度試験:
Mocon Permatran−W 700装置を用い、ASTM 1249規格に従って透湿度試験を行った。
2.耐候性試験:
Q−Sun Xe−3−H型キセノンランプ促進耐候性チャンバを用い、ISO 4892−2規格に従って耐候性試験を行った。
3.コーティング層接着性試験
ASTM 3359規格に従ってコーティング層接着性試験を行った。
Claims (10)
- 基板と、フルオロポリマー層とを備える太陽電池用バックシートであって、重量に基づく該フルオロポリマー層の構成要素が:
フッ素樹脂 25部〜45部、
変性樹脂 1.5部〜3部、
ポリマー充填剤 0.5部〜3部、
無機充填剤 0.1部〜1部、
溶剤 50部〜70部、
であることを特徴とする、太陽電池用バックシート。 - 前記フッ素樹脂が、ビニリデンフルオライド、テトラフルオロエチレン若しくはヘキサフルオロプロピレンのホモポリマー、又はそれらのコポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽電池用バックシート。
- 前記変性樹脂が、カルボン酸基、スルホン酸基、アザシクロプロパン基、イソシアネート基、エポキシ基、アミノ基、ヒドロキシル基又は活性メチレン基により変性されるポリ(ビニリデンフルオライド−テトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン)樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽電池用バックシート。
- 前記無機充填剤が、チタン、アルミニウム、スズ及びケイ素の酸化物の1つ又は複数を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池用バックシート。
- 前記溶剤が、トルエン、メチルエチルケトン、エチルアセテート及びブチルアセテートの1つ又は複数であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池用バックシート。
- 前記フルオロポリマー層の厚みが25μm〜50μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池用バックシート。
- 請求項1に記載の太陽電池用バックシートの製造方法であって、フルオロポリマー層を前記基板の表面上にコーティングし、且つ硬化して該太陽電池用バックシートを得ることを特徴とする、太陽電池用バックシートの製造方法。
- 浸漬塗工法、エアブレード塗工法、スクレーパー塗工法、グラビア塗工法又はスリット塗工法によって前記フルオロポリマー層を前記基板上に塗布することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の太陽電池用バックシートの製造方法。
- 硬化方法が、紫外線照射を通じてフルオロポリマーを架橋することにより硬化すること、又は照射源としてX線を用いた高エネルギー照射、コバルト60、静電加速器若しくは高出力電子線形加速器を通じてフルオロポリマーを架橋することにより硬化することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の太陽電池用バックシートの製造方法。
- 前記基板上の前記フルオロポリマー層の厚みが、硬化後に25μm〜50μmであることを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池用バックシートの製造方法。
