Description

Claims (14)
- コンクリート用補強材と、少なくとも「ここに存在している」情報を含む1つまたは複数のマーカーとのアッセンブリ。
- 前記補強材が、コンクリート補強繊維から構成されている請求項1に記載のアッセンブリ。
- 前記マーカーの量が、前記繊維の量に比例している請求項2に記載のアッセンブリ。
- 前記マーカーが、RFIDマーカーである請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のアッセンブリ。
- 前記マーカーが、前記補強材に関する情報を含む請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のアッセンブリ。
- 前記マーカーが、前記繊維と同様のL/D比を有する請求項2〜5のいずれかに記載のアッセンブリ。
- 前記繊維が、鋼、非鋼、またはそれらの組合せから作製されている請求項2〜6のいずれかに記載のアッセンブリ。
- 2つ以上のマーカーが含まれており、前記マーカーの各々が、同じ情報または異なる情報を含む請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のアッセンブリ。
- 前記繊維に関する前記情報が、由来、製品識別、直径D、長さL、L/D、種類の少なくとも1つである請求項2〜8のいずれかに記載のアッセンブリ。
- 前記マーカーが、同じ周波数または異なる周波数を有する請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のアッセンブリ。
- 前記アッセンブリが、バッグ、箱、チェーンパッケージ、ラップ、接着剤、または任意の他の手段によりまとめられ、前記繊維および前記マーカーを一緒に保持している請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のアッセンブリ。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載のアッセンブリを含むコンクリートまたはコンクリート構造体。
- 請求項12に記載のコンクリートまたはコンクリート構造体を製造する方法であって、
i)請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載のアッセンブリを設けるステップと、
ii)前記アッセンブリを前記コンクリートまたはコンクリート構造体内に取り入れるステップと
を含む方法。 - コンクリート用繊維の量またはコンクリート内の繊維の量を決定する方法であって、
a.請求項2〜11のいずれかに記載のアッセンブリを設けるステップであって、前記「ここに存在している」情報を提供することができる前記マーカーまたは任意の他の種類のマーカーの量が前記繊維の量に比例している、ステップと、
b.前記マーカーを読み取るリーダー装置を設けるステップと、
c.前記マーカーの量を計数するステップと、
d.逆比例配分し、前記繊維の量を決定するステップと
を含む方法。
