Claims (13)
- 互いにO型に配列された2個のアンギュラコンタクト玉軸受(7)を備えた、特に輸送用車両車輪を軸承するためのころがり軸受において、
各アンギュラコンタクト玉軸受(7)に1列の転動体列がそれぞれ付設され、該転動体列が前記アンギュラコンタクト玉軸受(7)と共通のインナーレースを備え、その場合に、前記両転動体列が互いに対向する内側の軸受列(8)を形成していることを特徴とするころがり軸受。 - 形成された2個の軸受対(4)が共通のアウターレース(6)を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のころがり軸受。
- 前記軸受対(4)のそれぞれが個別のアウターレース(6)を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のころがり軸受。
- 前記内側の軸受列(8)がアンギュラコンタクト玉軸受として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載のころがり軸受。
- 前記軸受対(4)のそれぞれがタンデム玉軸受として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載のころがり軸受。
- 前記内側の軸受列(8)のボール(9)が、外側の軸受列を形成するアンギュラコンタクト玉軸受(7)のボール(9)よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載のころがり軸受。
- 前記内側の軸受列(8)の軌道円直径が前記外側の軸受列の軌道円直径に等しいかまたはそれよりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載のころがり軸受。
- 前記内側の軸受列(8)の転動体が樽形ころ(12)として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項または請求項7記載のころがり軸受。
- 前記内側の軸受列(8)の転動体が円筒ころ(13)として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項または請求項7記載のころがり軸受。
- 前記樽形ころ(12)が、両側を平らに形成された2個のボールから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項8記載のころがり軸受。
- 前記樽形ころ(12)または前記円筒ころ(13)がラジアル軸受の態様で作動されることを特徴とする請求項8または9記載のころがり軸受。
- 外側の軸受列を形成するアンギュラコンタクト玉軸受(7)のボール(9)の、前記ころがり軸受(3)の縦軸線に対して横方向に向いたラジアル軸に関連づけられた支持角度(α)が、アンギュラコンタクト玉軸受の態様で配置された内側の軸受列(8)のボール(9)の支持角度よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載のころがり軸受。
- 請求項1記載のころがり軸受を予め組み立てる方法であって、
先ず最初に前記外側の軸受列を形成するアンギュラコンタクト玉軸受(7)のボール(9)を、前記インナーレース(5)上に置き、前記内側の軸受列(8)の転動体を前記アウターレース(6)内に置き、その後、前記ボール(9)を組み付けたインナーレース(5)を前記アウターレース(6)内に押し込み、かつ前記インナーレース(6)を突き合わせシール(10)に連結することを特徴とする、ころがり軸受を予め組み立てる方法。
