Description
Claims (10)
- スラスト軸受けに潤滑剤供給路(32)を製作する方法であって、
潤滑剤供給路(32)は、通路(32)として形成されており、該通路(32)は、潤滑剤を、スラスト軸受けの潤滑剤溜めからガイドするものにおいて、
以下のステップ:
a)スラスト軸受け−原形体(28)を準備し、
b)通路(32)の設けられる部分で原形体(28)に押込加工を行い、溝(30)を形成し、
c)溝(30)の少なくとも1区分に沿って、溝(30)の少なくとも片側または両側で、材料に押込加工および加圧成形を行い、
d)溝(30)の側方で溝(30)に向かって材料を加圧成形して、溝(30)を有する材料が通路(32)を形成する、
ステップを有することを特徴とする、スラスト軸受けに潤滑剤供給路を製作する方法。 - ステップd)において、材料を、溝(30)の片側および/または両側で、溝(30)に向かって加圧成形し、溝(30)を有する材料が、開いた、少なくとも部分的に閉じた、または完全に閉じた通路(32)を形成する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 潤滑剤供給路を製作する当該方法が、別のステップ
e)通路(32)の表面を平坦化する、ステップを有しており、スラスト軸受けが、平らな通路を有する、請求項1または2記載の方法。 - 通路(32)が、スラスト軸受けに、スラスト軸受けの同じ面(20)および/または反対側に位置する面(26)で潤滑剤溜めをセグメント区分と接続するのに十分な押込加工深さを有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法に従って形成された、潤滑剤供給路(32)を備えた、特にターボチャージャ用のスラスト軸受け。
- 当該スラスト軸受けは、少なくとも1つの潤滑剤溜めと少なくとも1つのセグメント区分とを備えており、潤滑剤溜めは、潤滑剤供給路(32)を介してセグメント区分と接続されている、請求項5記載のスラスト軸受け。
- 潤滑剤溜めおよびセグメント区分は、スラスト軸受けの同じ面(20)に配置されている、請求項6記載のスラスト軸受け。
- 潤滑剤溜めは、潤滑剤供給路(32)を介して、追加的にスラスト軸受けの反対側に位置する面(26)で、セグメント区分と接続されている、請求項6または7記載のスラスト軸受け。
- 潤滑剤供給路(32)は、開いて、少なくとも部分的に閉じて、または完全に閉じて形成されている、請求項5から8までのいずれか1項記載のスラスト軸受け。
- 請求項5から9までのいずれか1項記載の少なくとも1つのスラスト軸受けを備えたターボチャージャ。
