Abstract
【解決手段】内向きリップ12のシール溝9の内側面9aと弾性接触する接触面の周方向の少なくとも一部に、シール溝9の内側面9aとの間で微小な空隙を形成する凹部18を設け、ベルト案内輪の樹脂成形時の温度上昇によって軸受空間内の圧力が上昇した際に、その圧力を凹部18から外部に漏洩させ、樹脂成形後の冷却によっても軸受空間内の圧力を一定に保持して、ゴムシール10の内向きリップ12が内輪3のシール溝9の内側面9aに吸着されるのを防止する。

Claims (9)
- 外径面上にトルク伝達部品が樹脂成形される外輪の内径面両端部に一対のシール嵌合溝を設け、外輪の内側に設けられた内輪の外径面両端部に一対のシール溝を形成し、前記一対のシール嵌合溝のそれぞれに外周部が嵌合されたゴムシールの内周部に内向きリップを設け、その内向きリップの先端部を前記シール溝の内側面に弾性接触させて、軸受空間を密封した両シール付き玉軸受において、前記内向きリップの前記シール溝の内側面と弾性接触する接触面の周方向の少なくとも一部に、前記シール溝の内側面との間で微小な空隙を形成する凹部を設けたことを特徴とする両シール付き玉軸受。
- 前記凹部が、円弧状の溝とされ、その周方向中央位置での溝深さhが、h=0.01〜0.08mmとされた請求項1に記載の両シール付き玉軸受。
- 前記凹部が、矩形の溝とされ、その溝深さhが、h=0.01〜0.08mmとされた請求項1に記載の両シール付き玉軸受。
- 前記ゴムシールが、ニトリルゴムからなる請求項1乃至3のいずれかの項に記載の両シール付き玉軸受。
- 前記ゴムシールが、耐熱ニトリルゴムからなる請求項1乃至3のいずれかの項に記載の両シール付き玉軸受。
- 前記ゴムシールが、水素添加ニトリルゴムからなる請求項1乃至3のいずれかの項に記載の両シール付き玉軸受。
- 前記ゴムシールが、アクリルゴムからなる請求項1乃至3のいずれかの項に記載の両シール付き玉軸受。
- 前記ゴムシールが、フッ素ゴムからなる請求項1乃至3のいずれかの項に記載の両シール付き玉軸受。
- 前記トルク伝達部品が、プーリからなる請求項1乃至8のいずれかの項に記載の両シール付き玉軸受。
