Description
図1に示すこのシール付玉軸受100は、内輪1と、内輪1との間に環状の軸受内部空間2を形成する外輪3と、内輪1と外輪3との間に介在する複数の玉4と、これら複数の玉4を保持する保持器5と、軸受内部空間2と外部との間を区切る一対のシール部材6と、シール部材6に設けられたシールリップ7と、シールリップ7に対して周方向に摺動するシール摺動面8と、シールリップ7に形成された複数の突起9と、軸受内部空間2に封入されたグリース10(図中にドット模様で示す。)と、を備える。
・内輪のシール摺動面の半径:32.135mm
・内輪のヤング率:210GPa
・内輪のポアソン比:0.3
・潤滑油の動粘度(40℃):26mm2/s
・潤滑油の動粘度(100℃):6.22mm2/s
・潤滑油の密度:840kg/m3
・潤滑油の粘度の圧力係数:9.6×10−9Pa−1

Claims (2)
- 内輪と、
前記内輪との間に環状の軸受内部空間を形成する外輪と、
前記内輪と前記外輪との間に介在する複数の玉と、
前記複数の玉を保持する保持器と、
前記軸受内部空間と外部との間を区切るシール部材と、
前記シール部材に設けられたシールリップと、
前記シールリップに対して周方向に摺動するシール摺動面と、
前記シールリップの少なくとも周方向一箇所に形成され、前記軸受内部空間及び外部間に亘って連通する油通路を前記シール摺動面及び当該シールリップ間に生じさせる突起と、
前記軸受内部空間に封入されたグリースと、
を備え、
前記シールリップには、当該シールリップ及び前記シール摺動面間を流体潤滑状態にすることが可能な態様で前記突起が形成されており、
前記グリースの量が軸受全空間体積の1〜10%であるシール付玉軸受。 - 前記シール摺動面の算術平均粗さRaが1.0μm以下である請求項1に記載のシール付玉軸受。
