Description
(i)ポリアルキレングリコール系やポリオールエステル系化合物を主成分とする基油
(ii)リン酸トリエステルに代表される極圧低下剤
(iii)グリシジルエステルやα−オレフィンオキシドなどのエポキシ化合物等の酸捕捉剤
(iv)BHT(3,5−ジ−t−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシトルエン)などの酸化防止剤
[1]冷凍機用潤滑油中に、酸捕捉剤として、2価又は3価金属の水酸化物,酸化物及び炭酸塩よりなる群から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の金属化合物を組成物中の全質量に対して0.005〜10質量%含有することを特徴とする冷凍機用潤滑油組成物。
[2]上記金属化合物の粒子径が1μm以下である[1]記載の冷凍機用潤滑油組成物。
[3]上記金属化合物がハイドロタルサイトである[1]又は[2]記載の冷凍機用潤滑油組成物。
[4]上記冷凍機用潤滑油の基油が、ポリアルキレングリコール類又はポリオールエステル類である[1]、[2]又は[3]記載の冷凍機用潤滑油組成物。
[5]冷凍機用潤滑油中に、リン酸トリエステル及び亜リン酸トリエステルから選ばれる極圧低下剤が添加される[1]〜[4]のいずれか1項記載の冷凍機用潤滑油組成物。
[6]冷凍機用潤滑油中に、グリシジルエーテル、グリシジルエステル及びα−オレフィンオキシドの群から選ばれるエポキシ化合物が添加される[1]〜[5]のいずれか1項記載の冷凍機用潤滑油組成物。
[7]冷凍機用潤滑油の対象となる冷媒が2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロ−1−プロペン(R1234yf)である[1]〜[6]のいずれか1項記載の冷凍機用潤滑油組成物。
本発明の冷凍機用潤滑油組成物には、基油を主成分とし、極圧低下剤、酸化捕捉剤、酸化防止剤、消泡剤、必要に応じて各種の添加剤を配合することができる。上記の「主成分」とは、冷凍機用潤滑油組成物の全質量を基準として60質量%以上とするものであり、好ましくは70質量%以上、より好ましくは90質量%以上である。

上記式(1)中、M1は、Mg2+、Fe2+、Zn2+、Ca2+、Li2+、Ni2+、Co2+、Cu2+等、M2は、Al3+、Fe3+、Mn3+等であり、5≦x≦2程度、n≧0である。
各実施例の冷凍機用潤滑油、及びシステム中の部材に用いられている有機材料(ナイロン6を主材とするポリアミド樹脂組成物)の安定性を評価するために、下記のシールドチューブ試験を実施するとともに、ポリアミド樹脂組成物よりなる試験片について下記方法で特性評価を行った。その結果を表1及び表2に示す。
シールドチューブ試験は、JIS K2211「冷凍機油」の評価方法に基づく。冷媒と冷凍機油の化学的安定性を評価する試験である。片端を封じたガラス管に、触媒として、鉄、銅、及びアルミニウムの棒を入れ、液体窒素で冷却した状態で、冷媒(R1234yf)、冷凍機油及び銅管抽伸油を重量比で1:1:0.01を注入後、密封する。次に、この密封ガラス管を175℃で40日間加熱後、この混合液を評価する。評価項目は、油外観及びスラッジを目視観察し、酸価を測定した。酸価(mgKOH/g)については、JIS K2501に準拠した。
(1)基油:ポリプロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル
(商品名「スマックMP−40」花王(株)製)
(2)極圧低下剤:トリクレジルホスフェート
(商品名「TCP」大八化学工業(株)製)
(3)エポキシ化合物/C14 α−オレフィンオキシド
(1,2−エポキシテトラデカン;東京化成工業(株)製)
(4)酸化防止剤/3,5−ジ−t−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシトルエン
(商品名「ノクラック200」大内新興化学工業(株)製)
(5)酸化マグネシウム
協和化学工業(株)製の「キョーワマグ30」
(6)ハイドロタルサイト
協和化学工業(株)製の「ハイドロタルサイトDHT−4A」
組成式:Mg4.5Al2(OH)13CO3・3.5H2O
次に、上記表1に示した各実施例,比較例の冷凍機用潤滑油及び冷媒を使用して冷媒輸送用ホースの材料であるポリアミド試験片の引張り物性について、以下の1〜6の手順により評価した。
手順1:耐圧容器に水(1cc)とポリアルキレングリコール(100cc)とを入れる。
手順2:巾10×長さ50mm×厚み0.1mmサイズのポリアミド試験片を入れる。なお、ポリアミド試験片としては、宇部興産(株)製のナイロン6「1022B」を使用する。
手順3:耐圧容器を−40℃程度で15分冷凍した後、耐圧容器を5分間真空引きする。
手順4:冷媒としてR1234yfを100cc入れる。
手順5:高温槽に150℃で2週間放置する。
手順6:容器からポリアミド試験片を取り出して、以下の引張り物性(強度保持率,破断伸び保持率)を測定し、その結果を下記表に示した。
東洋精機社製引張り試験機を用い、以下の老化試験前後の各試験片について、引張り速度50mm/minで伸張して破断強力を測定し、老化試験前の値に対する老化試験後の値の百分率で表記した。

Claims (7)
- 冷凍機用潤滑油中に、酸捕捉剤として、2価又は3価金属の水酸化物,酸化物及び炭酸塩よりなる群から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の金属化合物を組成物中の全質量に対して0.005〜10質量%含有することを特徴とする冷凍機用潤滑油組成物。
- 上記金属化合物の粒子径が1μm以下である請求項1記載の冷凍機用潤滑油組成物。
- 上記金属化合物がハイドロタルサイトである請求項1又は2記載の冷凍機用潤滑油組成物。
- 上記冷凍機用潤滑油の基油が、ポリアルキレングリコール類又はポリオールエステル類である請求項1、2又は3記載の冷凍機用潤滑油組成物。
- 冷凍機用潤滑油中に、リン酸トリエステル及び亜リン酸トリエステルから選ばれる極圧低下剤が添加される請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の冷凍機用潤滑油組成物。
- 冷凍機用潤滑油中に、グリシジルエーテル、グリシジルエステル及びα−オレフィンオキシドの群から選ばれるエポキシ化合物が添加される請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の冷凍機用潤滑油組成物。
