Abstract

Claims (10)
- 導光体(2)の処理、特にパッケージングのための工具(1)、特にペンチ型工具用の操作装置であって、
前記工具が、少なくとも、
a.プラグ(40、41)との少なくとも1つまたは複数の導光体(2)の圧着のための1つまたは複数の圧着ダイ(40、41)、および/または、
b.前記導光体(2)の端部の長さを調整するための長さ切断機構(27)
を有する操作装置において、
当該操作装置が、
c.当該操作装置を使用して前記プラグ(40、41)を前記工具の少なくとも1つのシート(23)に挿入できるように設計され、および/または、
d.特にナイフが変化することに起因して、前記工具を用いて行なわれた切断の数に直接的に、または間接的に関連する情報項目が生成されるように設計されている、
ことを特徴とする操作装置。 - ハウジング(100)を有し、前記ハウジングから1つ、好ましくは複数のピン(101、102、103)が突出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の操作装置。
- 前記ピン(101、102、103)が互いに平行に位置合わせされることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の操作装置。
- 2つ以上の前記ピン、好ましくは外側ピン(101、103)が第3の中央ピン(103)よりも長いことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の操作装置。
- 前記ピンのうちの少なくとも1つまたは複数が、いずれの場合にもピンに対して前記プラグ(40、41)のうちの1つを突き刺して前記プラグを前記シート(23)に配置するように寸法付けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の操作装置。
- 前記操作装置(41)をグリッパフィンガ(107)内に保持させることができるように調整できることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の操作装置。
- 前記操作装置が、電子回路(105)と、データ用の1または複数の出力装置、特にLEDなどの1または複数の表示装置とを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の操作装置。
- 前記電子回路が、ペンチの閉塞時に信号が発生されて記録されるように設計されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の操作装置。
- 前記電子回路が、発生された前記信号を合計して、それらを1または複数の境界値と比較し、この比較結果に応じて信号を前記出力装置にて出力するように設計されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の操作装置。
- 導光体(2)の処理、特にパッケージングのための工具、特にペンチ型工具であって、少なくとも、
a.プラグ(40、41)との少なくとも1つまたは複数の導光体(2)の圧着のための1つまたは複数の圧着ダイ(40、41)、および/または、
b.前記導光体(2)の端部の長さの調整のための長さ調整機構(27)
を有する工具において、
操作装置、および/または、電子計数装置を備え、
c.前記操作装置が、該操作装置を使用して前記プラグ(40、41)を前記工具のシート(23)に挿入できるように設計され、および/または、前記工具を用いて行なわれた切断の数に直接的にあるいは間接的に関連する情報項目を引き出すように設計されており、
d.前記電子計数装置が、ハンドルに組み込まれ、または前記工具に直接に組み込まれ、前記工具を用いて行なわれた切断の数に直接的に、または間接的に関連する情報項目を生成するように形成されていること
ことによって特徴付けられる工具。
