Abstract
【解決手段】本発明はnon−PVC消しゴム組成物に関するもので、さらに詳述するように、スタイレン−ブタジエン−スタイレン、ニトリルブタジエンラバー及びポリスタイレンコーポリマーで形成される熱可塑性エラストマ、ワックス、ミネラルオイル、炭酸カルシウム(CaCO3)、酸化マグネシウム(MgO)及び二酸化チタン(TiO2)を含むnon−PVC消しゴム組成物である。

Description
本発明の消しゴム組成物は既存消しゴムに用いられたPVCを用いないことでフタルレート系可塑剤、ポルムアルデハイド、鉛などの人体有害物質が検出されず、無毒であり、子供も安心して使用することができ、環境ホルモンを放出しないという環境親和的な特徴がある。さらには、本発明のnon−PVC消しゴム組成物は、既存PVC消しゴムと比べても字消去性能が優れており、消しゴム本来の機能を充分に発揮することができる。
Claims (4)
- スタイレン−ブタジエン−スタイレン、ニトリルブタジエンラバー及びポリスタイレンコーポリマーで形成される熱可塑性エラストマ;ワックス;ミネラルオイル;炭酸カルシウム(CaCO3);酸化マグネシウム(MgO);及び二酸化チタン(TiO2);を含むことを特徴とする
non−PVC消しゴム組成物。 - 請求項1において、
スタイレン−ブタジエン−スタイレン6〜15重量%、ニトリルブティダにはラバー5〜15重量%及びポリスタイレンコーポリマー1〜6重量%で形成される熱可塑性エラストマ10〜40重量%;ワックス1〜5重量%;ミネラルオイル5〜20重量%;炭酸カルシウム(CaCO3)50〜70重量%;酸化マグネシウム(MgO)0.1〜5phr;及び二酸化チタン(TiO2)0.5〜5phr;を含むことを特徴とする
non−PVC消しゴム組成物。 - 第1項において、
上記消しゴム組成物は充填剤、加工油(process oil)、ポリブティレン(polybutylene)、軟化剤、着色剤、香料、安定剤、潤滑剤及びスタイレン−ブタジエン−スタイレン及びエチレン−プロピレンコーポリマー以外の熱可塑性樹脂や熱可塑性エラストマの中で選択されたどれか一つ以上の添加剤をさらに含むことを特徴にする
non−PVC消しゴム組成物。 - 第1項において、
上記消しゴム組成物はシリンダー温度65〜85℃、ダイス温度50〜60℃、ヘッド温度60〜70℃の温度で15〜25rpmの成形速度に圧出成形することを特徴にする
non−PVC消しゴム組成物。
