Abstract
【解決手段】燃料電池システム1では、熱交換器6の2次側下流の温水温度が、原燃料の種類、原燃料の導入量及び燃料電池スタック4に導入される空気量に基づいて設定された目標温水温度に近づくように制御部8が循環ポンプP2を制御する。熱交換器6の1次側下流から凝縮器7に排出される燃焼排ガスの温度は、熱交換器6の2次側上流に導入する水の量を変更することにより制御できるため、熱交換器6への水の供給量を増大させることで下げることができる。そして、熱交換器6の1次側下流から排出される燃焼排ガスの温度を下げることで凝縮器7における燃焼排ガスの温度が低下するため、回収される水を増量することができる。したがって、安定した水の自立運転が可能となる。

Claims (3)
- 改質触媒を用いて原燃料を改質して改質ガスを生成する改質器と、
前記改質器により生成された前記改質ガスを用いて発電を行う燃料電池と、
前記燃料電池から排出される燃焼排ガスの熱と導入される水との間で熱交換を行う熱交換器と、
前記熱交換器の1次側下流から排出された前記燃焼排ガスに含まれる水蒸気を凝縮して水を回収する凝縮器と、
前記熱交換器の2次側上流へ前記水を供給するポンプと、
前記熱交換器の2次側下流の温水温度を計測する温水温度計測器と、
前記ポンプの供給量を制御する制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、前記温水温度計測器によって計測される前記熱交換器の2次側下流の温水温度が、前記原燃料の種類、前記改質器に導入される前記原燃料の導入量及び前記燃料電池に導入される空気量に基づいて設定された目標温水温度に近づくように前記ポンプを制御することを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 前記凝縮器の1次側出口における前記燃焼排ガスの温度を計測するガス温度計測器を更に備え、
前記制御部は、前記ガス温度計測器によって計測される前記凝縮器の1次側出口の温度が、前記原燃料の種類、前記改質器に導入される前記原燃料の導入量及び前記燃料電池に導入される空気量に基づいて設定された温度以下となるように前記ポンプを制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記制御部は、前記凝縮器にて回収された水を貯留する水タンク内の水が所定量以下となった場合には、前記目標温水温度を低下させるように前記ポンプを制御し、前記水タンク内の水が所定量以上である場合には、所定の目標温度となるように前記ポンプを制御することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の燃料電池システム。
