Abstract
【解決手段】組成式を(1−α){(K1−xNax)1−yLiy}NbO3+αBi(Mg2/3Nb1/3)O3と表したとき、0.46≦x≦0.56、0.03≦y≦0.06、0.0045≦α≦0.0055である成分100質量部に対して、MnをMnO2換算で0.0〜0.5質量部含有することを特徴とする圧電磁器1を用いる。

Claims (2)
- 組成式を(1−α){(K1−xNax)1−yLiy}NbO3+αBi(Mg2/3Nb1/3)O3と表したとき、0.46≦x≦0.56、0.03≦y≦0.06、0.0045≦α≦0.0055である成分100質量部に対して、MnをMnO2換算で0.0〜0.5質量部含有することを特徴とする圧電磁器。
- 請求項1に記載の圧電磁器が対向面を有し、該対向面に、互いを対向させて配置した一対の電極を備えることを特徴とする圧電素子。
