Abstract
【解決手段】角形の外装缶2の開口を蓋4で封止した密閉型電池1であって、外装缶2の側面のうち、外装缶2の開口の長手方向に延びた面を幅広面2aとすると、1つ分の幅広面2aに、複数の縦長の凹部20、21が塑性加工されている。外装缶2の幅広面2aにおける凹部20、21を複数としたことにより、外装缶2の膨れ抑制又は厚み抑制に有利になる。

Claims (3)
- 角形の外装缶の開口を蓋で封止した密閉型電池であって、
前記外装缶の側面のうち、前記開口の長手方向に延びた面を幅広面とすると、
1つ分の前記幅広面に、複数の縦長の凹部が塑性加工されていることを特徴とする密閉型電池。 - 前記幅広面の中心線に対し右側の領域を右側領域、左側の領域を左側領域とすると、前記複数の凹部は奇数個であり、かつ前記幅広面の中心線を含む凹部と、凹部全体が前記右側領域にある少なくとも一つの凹部と、凹部全体が前記左側領域にある少なくとも一つの凹部とで構成されている請求項1に記載の密閉型電池。
- 前記幅広面の中心線に対し右側の領域を右側領域、左側の領域を左側領域とすると、前記複数の凹部は偶数個であり、かつ凹部全体が前記右側領域にある少なくとも一つの凹部と、凹部全体が前記左側領域にある少なくとも一つの凹部とで構成されている請求項1に記載の密閉型電池。
