Abstract
【解決手段】流量制御装置10が、圧力流体の供給される第1ポート12を有する第1ボディ14と、前記第1ボディ14に対して組み付けられる第2ボディ18とを備え、前記第1ボディ14の内部には、第1ポート12から第2ポート16へと流通する圧力流体の流通状態を制御する弁機構20が設けられている。また、第1ボディ14の第1連結部30が、第2ボディ18の上端部に形成された第2連結部128の内部に挿入され係合されることにより、前記第1ボディ14と前記第2ボディ18とが一体的に連結される。

前記第1ポートを有し、前記流体を供給又は排出するチューブが接続される継手部と、前記ロッドを軸線方向に沿って案内するガイド部と、前記弁部の着座するシート部とを有する第1ボディと、
前記第1ボディの下部に設けられ、前記流体の排出又は供給される前記第2ポートを有する第2ボディと、
を備え、
前記第1ボディの外周面には、前記第2ボディの内周面に当接するチェック弁が保持されるホルダ部が形成され、前記第1ボディと前記第2ボディとの間には、前記第1ポートに連通し、前記流体の流通する流路が形成されると共に、前記第1ボディの外周端部に設けられた第1連結部と、前記第2ボディの端部に設けられた第2連結部とが連結されることを特徴とする。

Claims (9)
- 弁部を有するロッドを軸線方向に変位させることにより、一組の第1ポートと第2ポートとの間を流通する流体の流量を制御可能な流量制御装置において、
前記第1ポートを有し、前記流体を供給又は排出するチューブが接続される継手部と、前記ロッドを軸線方向に沿って案内するガイド部と、前記弁部の着座するシート部とを有する第1ボディと、
前記第1ボディの下部に設けられ、前記流体の排出又は供給される前記第2ポートを有する第2ボディと、
を備え、
前記第1ボディの外周面には、前記第2ボディの内周面に当接するチェック弁が保持されるホルダ部が形成され、前記第1ボディと前記第2ボディとの間には、前記第1ポートに連通し、前記流体の流通する流路が形成されると共に、前記第1ボディの外周端部に設けられた第1連結部と、前記第2ボディの端部に設けられた第2連結部とが連結されることを特徴とする流量制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の流量制御装置において、
前記第1ボディは、前記ガイド部、前記シート部及び前記ホルダ部が軸線方向に沿って同軸上に設けられ、前記継手部が、前記軸線と直交するように設けられた断面略L字状に形成されることを特徴とする流量制御装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の流量制御装置において、
前記第1ボディには、前記第1連結部の下端より下方に前記流体の流通する連通孔が形成されることを特徴とする流量制御装置。 - 請求項3記載の流量制御装置において、
前記連通孔は、前記第1ボディの軸線を中心として半径外方向に延在することを特徴とする流量制御装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の流量制御装置において、
前記第1ボディには、前記第2ボディの内部に挿入され、該第2ボディの内周面又は外周面に対して嵌合される位置決め手段を備えることを特徴とする流量制御装置。 - 請求項5記載の流量制御装置において、
前記位置決め手段は、前記第1ボディの下端部に形成され、前記第2ボディの第2ポートに対して嵌合される第1嵌合部と、
前記第2連結部の内周面に嵌合される第2嵌合部と、
を備え、
前記第2嵌合部が、前記第1連結部であることを特徴とする流量制御装置。 - 請求項5記載の流量制御装置において、
前記位置決め手段は、前記第1ボディの下端部に形成され、前記第2ボディの第2ポートに対して嵌合される第1嵌合部と、
前記第2連結部の外周面に嵌合される第2嵌合部と、
を備え、
前記第2嵌合部が、前記第1連結部であることを特徴とする流量制御装置。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の流量制御装置において、
前記第1ボディには、前記ロッドを回転させる操作部を備え、前記操作部には、前記ロッドの回転動作を規制する回転規制手段が設けられることを特徴とする流量制御装置。 - 請求項8記載の流量制御装置において、
前記操作部は、前記ロッドが回転可能な状態と、該ロッドの回転が規制された状態とを切換自在な切換手段を備えることを特徴とする流量制御装置。
