前記ボディ及びロッドが、樹脂製材料から形成されると共に、前記ストッパ手段は、前記ボディの軸線と略平行に形成された一組の第1壁部と、前記ロッドに設けられ、該ロッドの軸線と略平行に形成された一組の第2壁部と、前記第1及び第2壁部にそれぞれ隣接し、該第1及び第2壁部からそれぞれ離間する方向に向かって周方向に螺旋状に形成された螺旋面とを備え、前記螺旋面は、前記弁閉状態となる際の前記ロッドの回転方向に沿って徐々に傾斜して形成され、前記第1壁部と第2壁部とが当接することにより、前記ロッドの回転変位が規制されることを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 弁部を有するロッドを軸方向に変位させることにより、一組のポートの間を流通する流体の流量を制御可能な流量制御装置において、
前記ポートと、前記弁部の着座するシート部とを有し、前記ロッドが回転自在に螺合されるボディと、
前記ボディ及び前記ロッドに設けられ、前記弁部が前記シート部に着座した弁閉状態において、前記ロッドの回転変位を規制するストッパ手段と、
を備え、
前記ボディ及びロッドが、樹脂製材料から形成されると共に、前記ストッパ手段は、前記ボディの軸線と略平行に形成された一組の第1壁部と、前記ロッドに設けられ、該ロッドの軸線と略平行に形成された一組の第2壁部と、前記第1及び第2壁部にそれぞれ隣接し、該第1及び第2壁部からそれぞれ離間する方向に向かって周方向に螺旋状に形成された螺旋面とを備え、前記螺旋面は、前記弁閉状態となる際の前記ロッドの回転方向に沿って徐々に傾斜して形成され、前記第1壁部と第2壁部とが当接することにより、前記ロッドの回転変位が規制されることを特徴とする流量制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の流量制御装置において、
前記弁部には、軸方向に沿って断面積の変化する溝部を有し、前記溝部と前記ボディの内壁面との間に流路が形成されることを特徴とする流量制御装置。 - 請求項2記載の流量制御装置において、
前記溝部の断面積は、前記ロッドが弁開方向に移動するに従って大きくなるように設定されることを特徴とする流量制御装置。 - 請求項2又は3記載の流量制御装置において、
前記溝部は、断面三角形状に形成されることを特徴とする流量制御装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の流量制御装置において、
前記ボディには、前記ロッドの挿通される孔部に該ロッドを軸方向に変位自在に支持するガイド部を備えることを特徴とする流量制御装置。
