Abstract
【解決手段】 互いに隣接する転動体の間に介在してこれら転動体を離隔する複数の中間摺接部と、当該転動体連結体の長手方向の両端に位置し、両端に位置する転動体を前記中間摺接部との間に挟むと共に当該転動体連結体の末端となる先頭部を有する一対の末端摺接部と、これら中間摺接部及び末端摺接部を一列に連結する可撓性の連結部とを備え、前記中間摺接部が前記連結部によって複数連結されると共に前記無限循環路の全長よりも長尺な連結体ベルトを型成形する第一工程と、型成形された連結体ベルトを切断し、前記無限循環路に適した長さに切断する第二工程と、切断後の連結体ベルトの両端部に位置する中間摺接部の外向き開放面に対して前記先頭部を射出成形し、当該中間摺接部を前記末端摺接部に成形し直す第三工程と、を備えている。

Claims (2)
- 多数の転動体を転動自在に一列に整列させると共に転がり案内装置の負荷通路及び無負荷通路からなる転動体の無限循環路に組み込まれて使用される転動体連結体の製造方法であって、
かかる転動体連結体は、互いに隣接する転動体の間に介在してこれら転動体を離隔する複数の中間摺接部と、当該転動体連結体の長手方向の両端に位置し、両端に位置する転動体を前記中間摺接部との間に挟むと共に当該転動体連結体の末端となる先頭部を有する一対の末端摺接部と、これら中間摺接部及び末端摺接部を一列に連結する可撓性の連結部と、を備え、
前記中間摺接部が前記連結部によって複数連結されると共に前記無限循環路の全長よりも長尺な連結体ベルトを型成形する第一工程と、
型成形された連結体ベルトを切断し、前記無限循環路に適した長さに切断する第二工程と、
切断後の連結体ベルトの両端部に位置する中間摺接部の外向き開放面に対して前記先頭部を射出成形し、当該中間摺接部を前記末端摺接部に成形し直す第三工程と、を備えていることを特徴とする転動体連結体の製造方法。 - 前記第二工程では互いに隣接する中間摺接部の間で前記連結部を切断し、前記第三工程では切断された連結部の端縁が射出成形された先頭部に埋没することを特徴とする請求項1記載の転動体連結体の製造方法。
