Abstract
【解決手段】 始動装置を介してトランスミッションに連結され、且つ始動/停止動作モードで動作する自動車の内燃機関の始動方法において、液圧媒体が油圧ポンプによりバルブ装置を介して始動装置に送り込まれる。スタータによる内燃機関の始動前及び始動中、制御ユニットは、バルブ装置が液圧媒体を始動装置に供給することが可能なように前記バルブ装置を作動させる。制御ユニットは、内燃機関の始動中、油圧ポンプが液圧媒体を始動装置に直接供給するように前記油圧ポンプを作動させ、それにより始動装置による内燃機関とトランスミッションとの間の機械的に動作可能な連結が実現される。

Claims (9)
- 始動装置を介してトランスミッションに連結され、且つ始動/停止動作モードで動作する自動車の内燃機関の始動方法であって、液圧媒体が油圧ポンプによりバルブ装置を介して前記始動装置に送り込まれる、始動方法において、スタータ(8)による前記内燃機関(1)の始動前、制御ユニット(4)は、前記バルブ装置(6)が前記液圧媒体を前記始動装置(2)に供給することが可能なように前記バルブ装置(6)を作動させ、前記制御ユニット(4)は、前記内燃機関(1)の始動中、前記油圧ポンプ(5)が前記液圧媒体を前記始動装置(2)に直接供給するように前記油圧ポンプ(5)を作動させ、それにより前記始動装置(2)による前記内燃機関(1)と前記トランスミッション(3)との間の機械的に動作可能な連結が実現される、始動方法。
- 前記制御ユニット(4)が、前記内燃機関(1)の始動前及び始動中、CANメッセージを用いて前記バルブ装置(6)に通電することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の始動方法。
- 前記液圧媒体としてオイルが使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の始動方法。
- 前記始動装置(2)として湿式クラッチが使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の始動方法。
- 前記液圧媒体が、前記内燃機関(1)の始動の開始時に前記始動装置(2)を充填するために使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の始動方法。
- 前記油圧ポンプ(5)が、補助手段を用いることなく、前記始動装置(2)の充填に必要な前記液圧媒体の流れを実現することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の始動方法。
- 前記油圧ポンプ(5)が、前記内燃機関(1)によって駆動され、前記内燃機関(1)の始動後最初の回転が、既に前記油圧ポンプ(5)を駆動し、前記液圧媒体を前記始動装置(2)に供給することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の始動方法。
- 前記油圧ポンプ(5)によって生成される前記液圧媒体の圧力が、目標圧力に下側から漸近的に近付くように調節されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の始動方法。
- 始動装置を介してトランスミッションに連結され、且つ始動/停止動作モードで動作す内燃機関を備える自動車であって、液圧媒体が油圧ポンプによりバルブ装置を介して前記始動装置に送り込まれる、自動車において、スタータ(8)による前記内燃機関(1)の始動前、前記バルブ装置(6)が前記液圧媒体を前記始動装置(2)に供給することが可能なように前記バルブ装置(6)を作動させ、前記内燃機関(1)の始動中、前記油圧ポンプ(5)が前記液圧媒体を前記始動装置(2)に直接供給するように前記油圧ポンプ(5)を作動させ、それにより前記始動装置(2)による前記内燃機関(1)と前記トランスミッション(3)との間の機械的に動作可能な連結が実現される、制御ユニット(4)を有する、自動車。
