Abstract
【解決手段】車両用空調装置10を構成するヒータコア20には、複数のチューブ58の間に、ルーバー64を有した第1及び第2フィン60、62が配設され、前記第1フィン60が、第1ブロアユニット16からの空気が流通する第1フロント通路34に臨んだ第1加熱部54に設けられ、一方、前記第2フィン62が、第2ブロアユニット22からの空気が流通する第1リア通路130に臨んだ第2加熱部56に設けられている。また、第1加熱部54と第2加熱部56との境界部Cには、前記ルーバー64を備えていない分離フィン72が、第1及び第2フィン60、62とは別体で設けられている。

Description
前記熱交換器は、内部に媒体が流通する複数のチューブと、
前記チューブの間において波状に折曲され、前記空気の流通する空気孔を有し、前記ケーシングの内部において前記第1通路を流通する前記空気の熱交換を行う第1熱交換部に設けられる第1フィンと、
前記チューブの間において波状に折曲され、前記空気の流通する空気孔を有し、前記第2通路を流通する前記空気の熱交換を行う第2熱交換部に設けられる第2フィンと、
前記第1及び第2フィンとは別体で設けられ、前記第1熱交換部と前記第2熱交換部との間に設けられる分離部材と、
を備え、
前記分離部材は、前記第1熱交換部と前記第2熱交換部との間の空気の流通を遮断することを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 空気の流通する第1及び第2通路を有するケーシングと、前記通路における前記空気の流通状態を切り換えるダンパ機構と、該ケーシング内に前記空気を供給する第1及び第2送風機とを有する車両用空調装置において、前記ケーシングの内部において前記第1及び第2通路に跨るように設けられ、空気を冷却・加熱して供給する熱交換器であって、
前記熱交換器は、内部に媒体が流通する複数のチューブと、
前記チューブの間において波状に折曲され、前記空気の流通する空気孔を有し、前記ケーシングの内部において前記第1通路を流通する前記空気の熱交換を行う第1熱交換部に設けられる第1フィンと、
前記チューブの間において波状に折曲され、前記空気の流通する空気孔を有し、前記第2通路を流通する前記空気の熱交換を行う第2熱交換部に設けられる第2フィンと、
前記第1及び第2フィンとは別体で設けられ、前記第1熱交換部と前記第2熱交換部との間に設けられる分離部材と、
を備え、
前記分離部材は、前記第1熱交換部と前記第2熱交換部との間の空気の流通を遮断することを特徴とする車両用空調装置に用いられる熱交換器。 - 請求項1記載の熱交換器において、
前記分離部材は、前記第1及び第2フィンと同様に、波状に折曲されて形成され、前記空気孔を備えていないことを特徴とする車両用空調装置に用いられる熱交換器。 - 請求項1記載の車両用空調装置において、
前記分離部材は、前記チューブの延在方向と直交方向に延在する筒状に形成され、外周面が前記チューブに対して当接することを特徴とする車両用空調装置に用いられる熱交換器。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用空調装置において、
前記分離部材は、前記第1及び第2フィンの材質と比較し、熱伝導率の小さな材質で形成されることを特徴とする車両用空調装置に用いられる熱交換器。
