Abstract
【解決手段】車両用空調装置10を構成するエバポレータ18には、該エバポレータ18における温度を検出可能な検出センサ58が設けられる。この検出センサ58は、エバポレータ18において、下流側に臨む背面18b側、且つ、第1ブロアユニット16からの空気が流通する第1冷却部50に装着され、しかも、前記エバポレータ18に対して冷媒Lを供給するための供給配管46の近傍となる位置に装着される。これにより、エバポレータ18における最も低温となり、空気中に含まれる水分による凍結の懸念される部位を、検出センサ58によって温度検出する。

Description
前記熱交換器は、内部を循環する冷媒が供給される供給部と、
前記内部を循環した前記冷媒が排出される排出部と、
前記第1通路に臨み、該第1通路を流通する前記外気の冷却を行う第1冷却部と、
前記第2通路に臨み、該第2通路を流通する前記内気の冷却を行う第2冷却部と、
前記熱交換器の温度検出を行う検出センサと、
を備え、
前記検出センサが、前記第1冷却部に臨み、且つ、前記供給部近傍となる位置に設けられることを特徴とする。
検出センサを、供給部に連通し、該供給部からの前記冷媒が供給される前記第1又は第2チューブのいずれか一方に臨んだ熱交換器の側面に設けるとよい。

Claims (2)
- 外気の流通する第1通路と内気の流通する第2通路とを有するケーシングと、前記第1及び第2通路における前記外気及び内気の流通状態を切り換える切換機構とを有する車両用空調装置において、前記ケーシングの内部において、前記第1通路と前記第2通路との間に跨るように配設され、前記外気及び内気を冷却して供給する熱交換器であって、
前記熱交換器は、内部を循環する冷媒が供給される供給部と、
前記内部を循環した前記冷媒が排出される排出部と、
前記第1通路に臨み、該第1通路を流通する前記外気の冷却を行う第1冷却部と、
前記第2通路に臨み、該第2通路を流通する前記内気の冷却を行う第2冷却部と、
前記熱交換器の温度検出を行う検出センサと、
を備え、
前記検出センサが、前記第1冷却部に臨み、且つ、前記供給部近傍となる位置に設けられることを特徴とする車両用空調装置に用いられる熱交換器。 - 請求項1記載の熱交換器において、
前記熱交換器は、前記ケーシングの内部を流通する空気の流通方向に沿って並列に設けられ、その内部に前記冷媒が流通する複数の第1及び第2チューブを備え、
前記検出センサは、前記供給部に連通し、該供給部からの前記冷媒が供給される前記第1又は第2チューブのいずれか一方に臨んだ前記熱交換器の側面に設けられることを特徴とする車両用空調装置に用いられる熱交換器。
