Abstract
【解決手段】摩擦攪拌用ツールを、分散して析出したγ’析出相を含有する結晶粒と、相隣る前記結晶粒の間に挟まれた結晶粒界及び析出相とを含むCo基合金で形成し、前記析出相を、μ相、ラーベス相及び炭化物相から選択される少なくとも1種類の相とする。

Claims (8)
- A1構造を示すγ相と、前記γ相中に析出したL12構造を示すγ’相を有するCo基合金で形成され、前記γ’相はCo3(Al,W)よりなり、前記γ相中に前記γ’相が体積分率で10%から80%含まれることを特徴とする摩擦攪拌用ツール。
- 請求項1に記載の摩擦攪拌用ツールであって、前記Co基合金はμ相、ラーベス相、炭化物のうち少なくとも1種の析出物を含むことを特徴とする摩擦攪拌用ツール。
- 請求項1または2に記載の摩擦攪拌用ツールであって、前記Co基合金は、Coを25原子%以上含むことを特徴とする摩擦攪拌用ツール。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の摩擦攪拌用ツールであって、鋳造または切削加工により形成されたことを特徴とする摩擦攪拌用ツール。
- 円柱状のシャンク部と、このシャンク部の端部に形成されたショルダ部と、このショルダ部の端部に形成されたピン部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の摩擦攪拌用ツール。
- 前記Co基合金が、鋳造された一体成形物であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の摩擦攪拌用ツール。
- 前記Co基合金が、切削加工物であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の摩擦攪拌用ツール。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載の摩擦攪拌用ツールを用いることを特徴とする摩擦攪拌接合装置。
