Abstract
【解決手段】緩衝器D内の一方室R1と他方室R2とを連通するとともに流体の流れに抵抗を与える減衰バルブ1において、筒状のハウジング2と、ハウジング2内に挿入されてハウジング2との間に環状隙間4を形成するとともに環状隙間4と内部とを連通させたパイプ3とを備え、環状隙間4の一端が一方室R1に連通されるとともにパイプ3の一端が他方室R2に連通され、流体がパイプ3内と環状隙間4を通過する際に流体の流れに抵抗を与えることを特徴とする。

Claims (7)
- 緩衝器内の一方室と他方室とを連通するとともに流体の流れに抵抗を与える減衰バルブにおいて、筒状のハウジングと、ハウジング内に挿入されてハウジングとの間に環状隙間を形成するとともに環状隙間と内部とを連通させたパイプとを備え、環状隙間の一端が一方室に連通されるとともにパイプの一端が他方室に連通され、流体がパイプ内と環状隙間を通過する際に流体の流れに抵抗を与えることを特徴とする減衰バルブ。
- ハウジングの先端に筒状のパイプホルダを設け、パイプの一端がパイプホルダ内に遊嵌されて保持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減衰バルブ。
- ハウジングが緩衝器のシリンダ内に移動自在に挿入されたピストンロッドであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の減衰バルブ。
- パイプホルダは、筒状であって基端がピストンロッドの先端に螺着されるホルダ本体と、ホルダ本体を貫いてピストンロッド内と一方室とを連通する透孔と、ホルダ本体の先端内周に設けたパイプが遊嵌される嵌合部とを備え、パイプホルダの外周であって透孔よりも他方室側にシリンダに内に摺動自在に挿入される環状のピストンが装着されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の減衰バルブ。
- パイプの一端を拡径し、有底筒状の袋ナットをパイプホルダの先端外周に螺着して、パイプのパイプホルダからの脱落を防止するとともに、パイプホルダの外周に装着されるピストンをパイプホルダに固定し、袋ナットの底部に設けたパイプの一端より小径な通孔を介して他方室とパイプ内とを連通したことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の減衰バルブ。
- パイプにおける線膨張係数は、ハウジングの線膨張係数より大きいことを特徴する請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の減衰バルブ。
- パイプ内および環状隙間を迂回して緩衝器の一方室と他方室とを連通するバイパス流路と、緩衝器の圧縮行程時にバイパス流路を開放する開閉バルブを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の減衰バルブ。
