Abstract
【解決手段】内視鏡器具は、近位側に配置された操作部6と、遠位側に配置された器具ヘッド10と、操作部6を器具ヘッド10と接続するシャフト2とを有している。器具ヘッド10には、シャフト2を通る複数の器具通路が開口している。これらの器具通路は、その遠位側の開口部に接する領域で、器具ヘッド10の中心軸に対して遠位方向で斜め外方に向かって延びている。

Claims (10)
- 近位側に配置された操作部(6)と、遠位側に配置された器具ヘッド(10)と、前記操作部(6)を前記器具ヘッド(10)と接続するシャフト(2、2’)と、を備え、前記器具ヘッド(10)には前記シャフト(2、2’)を通る複数の器具通路(20、22、24)が開口している内視鏡器具において、前記器具通路(20、22、24)は、その遠位側の開口部に接する領域で、前記器具ヘッド(10)の中心軸(A)に対して遠位方向で斜め外方に向かって延びていることを特徴とする内視鏡器具。
- 前記器具通路(20、22、24)は、前記器具ヘッド(10)の中で該器具ヘッド(10)の中心軸(A)と平行に向く近位側の領域から前記器具ヘッド(10)の中心軸(A)に対して斜めに向く遠位側の領域へと円弧状に移行していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内視鏡器具。
- 前記器具ヘッド(10)は、遠位側の端面(14)に向かって先細になっていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の内視鏡器具。
- 前記器具通路(20、22、24)は、前記器具ヘッド(10)の先細になった領域(12)で円周側に開口していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の内視鏡器具。
- 前記器具ヘッド(10)は、本体(10a)を有しており、該本体の遠位の端面(14)には器具モジュール(28)を収容するための開いた設計スペース(26)が構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1つに記載の内視鏡器具。
- 前記器具モジュール(28)は、取付スペース(26)に接着されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の内視鏡器具。
- 前記器具モジュール(28)には、観察装置(30)および/または照明装置(32)が組み込まれていることを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載の内視鏡器具。
- 前記器具ヘッド(10)の前記本体(10a)は、モノリシックに構成されていることを特徴とする請求項5〜請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡器具。
- 前記器具ヘッド(10)における前記器具通路(20、22、24)の出口角度(α)は、前記器具ヘッド(10)の中心軸(A)に対して5度から60度の範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか1つに記載の内視鏡器具。
- 前記器具通路(20、22、24)は、前記器具ヘッド(10)のところで均等に相互間隔をおいて開口していることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか1つに記載の内視鏡器具。
