Abstract
【解決手段】 質量%で、Cu、Niの1種または2種を30〜90%含み、残部Zrおよび不可避的不純物からなる合金粉末と、Cu、Niの1種または2種を0〜50%含み、残部Tiおよび不可避的不純物からなる粉末を、重量比で8:2〜4:6で混合したことを特徴とするTi系ろう材。

Description
(1)質量%で、Cu、Niの1種または2種を30〜90%含み、残部Zrおよび不可避的不純物からなる合金粉末と、Cu、Niの1種または2種を0〜50%含み、残部Tiおよび不可避的不純物からなる粉末を、重量比で8:2〜4:6で混合したことを特徴とするTi系ろう材。
(3)前記(1)に記載のZr合金粉末とTiまたはTiを含む合金粉末の重量比を6.5:3.5〜5.5:4.5とすることを特徴とするTi系ろう材にある。
本発明における最も重要な特徴は、単に純金属粉末を混合する混合法ではなく、Zrを含む合金粉末とTiまたはTiを含む合金粉末を混合している点である。例えば、Ti−Zr−Cu−Ni系のろう材を単に純金属粉末を混合し作製すると、上述した(1)の課題のように、Ti、Zrは活性金属であるため、これら粉末が表面に強固な酸化物を形成し、ろう付け時に周囲の他の金属粉末との反応が阻害され、ろう材が良好に溶融せず、ろう付け部に欠陥が残ってしまう。
(実施例1)
表1に示す組成のZrを含む合金粉末を、急冷薄帯を粉砕もしくはガスアトマイズすることにより作製した。粉末作製後、目開き150μmの篩で振るい分けし、150μm以下の粉末を評価に用いた。Ti粉末、Zr粉末は市販の150μm以下に振るい分けられたものを用いた。評価は、Zrを含む合金粉末の酸素値およびZrを含む合金粉末とTi粉末の混合粉末のろう付け性である。混合粉末のろう付け性については、20mm角の純Tiの塊に直径10mmの穴を開け、その穴に作製した混合粉末を充填し、真空中にて950℃に加熱しろう付けした。
表2に示す組成のZrを含む合金粉末とTiを含む合金粉末を作製し、ろう付け性を評価した。粉末作製方法、分級方法および評価方法は前述した実施例1と同様である。
これに対し、本発明例No.24〜28はいずれも本発明の条件を満足していることから、混合粉末のろう付け性およびろう材の均一化について、いずれも優れていることが分かる。

- 質量%で、Cu、Niの1種または2種を30〜90%含み、残部Zrおよび不可避的不純物からなる合金粉末と、Cu、Niの1種または2種を0〜50%含み、残部Tiおよび不可避的不純物からなる粉末を、重量比で8:2〜4:6で混合したことを特徴とするTi系ろう材。
- 請求項1に記載のZr合金粉末にCu、Niの1種または2種を50〜75%含有させたことを特徴とするTi系ろう材。
- 請求項1に記載のZr合金粉末とTiまたはTiを含む合金粉末の重量比を6.5:3.5〜5.5:4.5とすることを特徴とするTi系ろう材。
