Abstract
【解決手段】アンビル200は、発熱する発熱体を有する温度調整機構262を有する。また、アンビル200は、温度調整機構262から発生した熱を回転ドラム110に伝達する伝熱部261を有する。また、アンビル200は、回転ドラム110のアンビル200が配設されるアンビル取付部112aの温度を検出する温度センサ270を備える。超音波接合装置100は、図示しないが、温度調整機構260による回転ドラム110の加熱温度を制御する制御部を有する。制御部は、温度センサ270による検出結果に基づいて、発熱体262の発熱量を制御する。図6に示す実施形態では、温度調整機構260は、複数個設けられるアンビル200の各々に設けられている。

Description
まず、本実施形態に係る超音波接合装置を用いて製造される吸収性物品1の構成について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図1は、本実施形態に係る吸収性物品1を示す斜視図である。
次に、本実施形態に係る吸収性物品の製造方法について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図2は、本実施形態に係る吸収性物品の製造方法の一部を説明するための図である。
接合工程S5は、超音波接合装置100によって施される。本実施形態に係る超音波接合装置100の構成について、図面を参照して説明する。図3は、図2に示す接合工程S5を実行する超音波接合装置100の斜視図である。図3と図2の矢印Fの方向は一致する。図4は、機械方向MDの下流側から超音波接合装置100をみた側面図である。図5は、超音波接合装置100を回転軸方向からみた側面図である。説明のため、図4,図5には、には、中間体ウェブ6を記載していない。
次に、図6、図7を用いて、アンビル200の構成を説明する。図6は、アンビル200の斜視図である。図7は、アンビル200のF7−F7線における断面図である。アンビル200は、台座210と、凸部220,230を有する。台座210は、回転ドラム110の外周面112のアンビル取付部112aに設けられる。凸部220は、台座210の表面210aから回転ドラム110の法線方向Hに突出している。凸部220は、台座210の表面210aに沿ってライン状に交差方向CDに亘って形成される。
上述した実施形態では、回転体110は、外周面112を有する回転ドラムであると説明した。しかし、回転体の形状は、ドラム型に限定されない。例えば、図8に示す回転体300は、回転軸310から法線方向Hに延びる金属製のリブ320を有する。リブ320は、少なくとも交差方向CDにおけるアンビル装着部330の幅と同じ長さを有する。リブ320の先端には、金属製のアンビル装着部330が取り付けられる。アンビル装着部330には、アンビル取付位置330aが形成されている。アンビル200は、アンビル取付位置330aに取り付けられる。
図9にアンビルの変形例1を示す。アンビル201は、中間体ウェブ6が搬送される搬送方向MDに垂直な交差方向CDの所定位置において、回転方向Rに沿って、ギャップ280(間隔G3)によって、少なくとも2つに分割されていてもよい。温度調整機構262及び伝熱部261は、分割された各々の台座211,212に配設されている。温度調整は、台座211,212毎に独立して設定可能である。
図10にアンビルの変形例2を示す。アンビル202は、突起部240,250が台座に直接形成される。図10の変形例では、台座がギャップ292によって台座216,217に分割されているが、台座は、分割されていなくても良い。温度調整機構262及び伝熱部261は、分割された各々の台座216,217に配設されている。この変形例では、温度調整は、台座216,217毎に独立して設定可能である。
上述したように、本発明の実施形態を通じて本発明の内容を開示したが、この開示の一部をなす論述及び図面は、本発明を限定するものであると理解すべきではない。この開示から当業者には様々な代替実施の形態、実施例及び運用技術が明らかとなろう。

- 熱により膨張又は収縮する部材によって形成される回転体と、
前記回転体の回転方向に所定の間隔をあけて設けられる複数のアンビルと、
超音波振動を出力する超音波ホーンと
を備え、
前記回転体と前記超音波ホーンとが連続する第1ウェブと連続する第2ウェブとが重ねられて搬送される中間体ウェブを挟んで対向して配設されており、
前記中間体ウェブの所定領域を前記アンビルと前記超音波ホーンとで挟むことにより、前記所定領域に超音波接合を施す超音波接合装置であって、
前記回転体の温度を調整する温度調整機構を有する超音波接合装置。 - 前記温度調整機構は、前記アンビルに配設され、
前記アンビルは、
前記回転体の法線方向に突出する凸部と、
前記凸部から前記法線方向に沿って突出する複数の突起部と、
前記温度調整機構から発生した熱を前記回転体に伝達する伝熱部と
を有し、
前記温度調整機構及び前記伝熱部は、前記回転体の回転軸と前記凸部との間に配設される請求項1に記載の超音波接合装置。 - 前記温度調整機構及び前記伝熱部は、前記複数のアンビルの各々に配設され、
前記温度調整機構において個別に温度が調整される請求項1又は2に記載の超音波接合装置。 - 前記回転体は、前記アンビルが取り付けられるアンビル取付部を有し、
前記アンビル取付部は、連結部によって互いに連結されており、
前記連結部は、前記回転体の外周面を形成する請求項1に記載の超音波接合装置。 - 前記回転体は、前記アンビルが取り付けられるアンビル取付部を有し、
前記アンビル取付部は、それぞれ独立しており、前記回転体の回転軸から径方向に延びる連結部に連結される請求項1に記載の超音波接合装置。 - 前記アンビル取付部は、前記回転体に前記中間体ウェブが接触する面よりも回転径方向内側に埋め込まれた部分を有し、
前記温度調整機構及び前記伝熱部は、前記埋め込まれた部分に配設される請求項4又は5に記載の超音波接合装置。 - 前記アンビルは、前記中間体ウェブが搬送される搬送方向に垂直な交差方向の所定位置において、前記回転体の回転方向に沿って少なくとも2つに分割されており、
前記温度調整機構及び前記伝熱部は、分割された各々のアンビルに配設される請求項4又は6に記載の超音波接合装置。 - 前記温度調整機構は、前記アンビルと前記回転体の回転中心との間に配設される請求項1に記載の超音波接合装置。

前記機械方向に搬送される前記中間体ウェブの所定領域を前記アンビルと前記超音波ホーンとで挟むことにより、前記所定領域に超音波接合を施す吸収性物品の製造装置であって、
前記回転体の温度を調整する温度調整機構を有する吸収性物品の製造装置。
