Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种接合第1网状物和第2网状物的超声波接合装置及通过接合构成前腰围部的第1网状物和构成后腰围部的第2网状物来制造内裤型吸收性物品的吸收性物品的制造装置。
背景技术
一般而言,一次性尿布等吸收性物品包括:与穿着者的前腰围相对应的前腰围部、与穿着者的后腰围相对应的后腰围部、与穿着者的下裆相对应的下裆部、在下裆部的侧部开口的腿围开口部。前腰围部和后腰围部在腰围侧部相互接合。
在一次性尿布的制造工序中,能够通过如下方式形成为内裤型,即,使构成前腰围部的第1网状物和构成后腰围部的第2网状物在下裆部对折而重叠,并在左右的腰围侧部进行接合。在此,在左右的腰围侧部的接合中使用超声波接合,该超声波接合使用超声波接合装置(例如,参照专利文献1)。
超声波接合装置具有:旋转鼓,其形成有砧,该砧形成在左右的腰围侧部接合前腰围部和后腰围部的接合图案;超声波喇叭(horn),其用于产生超声波。在旋转鼓和超声波喇叭之间,向沿着输送方向的机械方向输送在下裆部对折的第1网状物及第2网状物,并且向第1网状物及第2网状物的左右腰围侧部的规定位置间歇性地按压超声波喇叭,由此来接合第1网状物和第2网状物。
砧具有:设于旋转鼓的外周面的基座;设于基座并沿旋转鼓的法线方向突出的凸部;自凸部沿上述法线方向突出的多个突起部。若经由网状物向砧按压超声波喇叭,则网状物自内部发热而熔融,被从凸部突出的突起部推压,在网状物上形成凹凸的接合图案。
超声波喇叭的输出值能够根据网状物的种类和厚度调整为适当的值。另外,多个突起部与超声波喇叭的空隙(clearance)被设定为能够对网状物施加超声波振动且不会切断网状物的程度。另外,在以往的超声波接合装置中,在砧上设有加热器和温度传感器,将超声波接合的温度条件保持为一定。这样,能够对网状物进行适当的超声波接合。
如专利文献1所公开那样,在将多个砧设于一个旋转鼓的外周面的超声波接合装置中,在超声波接合装置开始运转时和连续运转过程中,在装置的温度发生变化的情况下,金属制的旋转鼓的周长稍微发生变化,旋转鼓的直径长度也发生变化。另外,设于旋转鼓上的各砧不会在完全相同的条件下磨损,因此各砧的由于反复使用而引起的磨损量不同。
由于以上的原因,砧的突起部与超声波喇叭的空隙对于各砧而言不同。在以往的超声波接合装置中,作为能够进行网状物的超声波接合的条件之一,能够设定超声波振动的大小和温度条件。但是,在以往的超声波接合装置中,为了将超声波接合的品质保持稳定,需要频繁地进行空隙的调整。
但是,如上述那样,砧的突起部的顶端与超声波喇叭的空隙对于每个砧而言不同,因此空隙的调整操作非常麻烦。而且,为了空隙调整而频繁地停止生产线是不现实的,因此采用增大公差的方法来应对。

发明内容
第1技术方案的超声波接合装置包括:旋转体,其由由于热而膨胀或收缩的部件形成;多个砧,其在上述旋转体的旋转方向上隔有规定间隔地设置;超声波喇叭,其输出超声波振动。上述旋转体和上述超声波喇叭以夹着中间体网状物的方式相对地配设,上述中间体网状物使相连的第1网状物与相连的第2网状物重叠而被输送。利用上述砧和上述超声波喇叭夹着上述中间体网状物的规定区域,从而对上述规定区域实施超声波接合。超声波接合装置具有调整上述旋转体的温度的温度调整机构。

具体实施方式
接下来,参照附图说明本发明的超声波接合装置及吸收性物品的制造装置的实施方式。另外,在以下的附图的记载中,对相同或类似的部分标注相同或类似的附图标记。但是,附图是示意图,应注意图中各尺寸的比率与现实的情况不同。因此,具体的尺寸等应参考以下的说明来判断。当然,在各附图之间也存在彼此的尺寸的关系、比率不同的部分。
(吸收性物品的结构)
首先,参照附图说明利用本实施方式的超声波接合装置制造的吸收性物品1的结构。图1是表示本实施方式的吸收性物品1的立体图。
在本实施方式中,吸收性物品1为一次性的内裤型尿布。如图1所示,吸收性物品1大致由表面片2、背面片3、吸收体4构成。
表面片2设于与穿着者的肌肤接触的、吸收性物品1的最内侧。表面片2由与穿着者接触的顶片2A和接合于顶片2A的吸收体4侧的面的第二片2B构成。另外,表面片2使用无纺布、开口塑料膜等透液性的片材。
背面片3设于吸收性物品1的最外侧(离开穿着者的一侧)。背面片3由设于吸收性物品1的最外侧的背部片3A和接合于背部片3A的吸收体4侧的面的防水片3B构成。另外,背部片3A使用无纺布等。防水片3B使用不透液性的片材等。
吸收体4设在表面片2(第二片2B)和背面片3(防水片3B)之间,吸收穿着者的排泄物。
这样的吸收性物品1通过对与穿着者的前腰围相对应的前腰围部10、与穿着者的后腰围相对应的后腰围部20、与穿着者的下裆相对应的下裆部30进行组合(所谓的三片式)而形成。
前腰围部10和后腰围部20在穿着者的腰围侧部利用接合部40接合。由此,形成插入穿着者的躯体部的腰围开口部50。下裆部30设在前腰围部10和后腰围部20之间。在腰围开口部50的周缘设有利用线状的橡胶形成的腰部收紧部50A。在下裆部30的侧部形成有腿围开口部60,该腿围开口部60形成有插入穿着者的腿部的开口。在腿围开口部60的周缘设有利用线状的橡胶形成的腿部收紧部60A。
(吸收性物品的制造方法)
接下来,参照附图说明本实施方式的吸收性物品的制造方法。图2是用于说明本实施方式的吸收性物品的制造方法的一部分的图。
如图2所示,吸收性物品的制造方法至少包括:腰围部形成工序S1、下裆部件复制工序S2、腿围部形成工序S3、折叠工序S4、接合工序S5、切断工序S6。
在腰围部形成工序S1中,通过在网状物6A和网状物6B之间配置收紧部(腰部收紧部50A及腿部收紧部60A),形成分别与前腰围部10和后腰围部20相对应的一对网状物61、62。
在下裆部件复制工序S2中,在腰围部形成工序S1之后(下游侧),在一对网状物61、62之间,沿机械方向MD每隔规定间隔地复制(配置)与下裆部30相对应的下裆部件30A。
在腿围部形成工序S3中,在下裆部件复制工序S2之后(下游侧),将构成网状物61、62(网状物6A及网状物6B)以及下裆部件30A的背面片3的一部分切断。即,在网状物61、62上形成相当于腿围开口部60的空隙AR。
在折叠工序S4中,在腿围部形成工序S3之后(下游侧),以规定于下裆部件30A的与机械方向MD平行的折线为基准,使一个网状物61与另一个网状物62对折并重叠。
在接合工序S5中,在折叠工序S4之后(下游侧),通过超声波处理和加热处理,将接合区域40A接合,该接合区域40A与接合前腰围部10和后腰围部20的接合部40相对应。接合区域40A形成在假想线SL的两侧,该假想线SL沿网状物6的交叉方向CD延伸,表示切断预定位置。
在切断工序S6中,在接合工序S5之后(下游侧),将在接合区域40A被接合的中间体网状物6沿机械方向MD每隔规定间隔地、即沿假想线SL切断。由此,制造出一个个的吸收性物品1。
(超声波接合装置)
接合工序S5通过超声波接合装置100实施。参照附图说明本实施方式的超声波接合装置100的结构。图3是执行图2所示的接合工序S5的超声波接合装置100的立体图。图3与图2中的箭头F的方向一致。图4是从机械方向MD的下游侧观察超声波接合装置100的侧视图。图5是从旋转轴方向观察超声波接合装置100的侧视图。为了说明,在图4、图5中没有记载中间体网状物6。
超声波接合装置100具有旋转体110和输出超声波振动的超声波喇叭120。在图5~图7中,旋转体110为旋转鼓。以下,记作旋转鼓。
旋转鼓110由由于热而膨胀或收缩的部件形成。旋转鼓110的至少外周面112为金属制。在旋转鼓110上,沿旋转方向隔有规定间隔地设有多个砧200。在旋转鼓110的外周面112上设有规定的砧安装部112a,砧200设于砧安装部112a。在图5所示的实施方式中,砧安装部112a设于圆筒状连续的外周面112。外周面112构成连结部。砧安装部112a具有相比于中间体网状物6与旋转鼓110接触的面(外周面112)向旋转径向内侧嵌入的部分。即,砧200设于在外周面112上形成为凹状的砧安装部112a。
在本实施方式中,在一个旋转鼓110的外周面112上等间隔地配设有5个砧200。旋转鼓110的旋转轴111与交叉方向CD平行,该交叉方向CD与沿着制造工序的流程方向的机械方向MD正交。旋转鼓110和超声波喇叭120以夹着中间体网状物6的方式相对地配设,中间体网状物6将一个网状物61与另一个网状物62重叠。
超声波喇叭120经由未图示的增强器(booster)与超声波振子连结。超声波喇叭120将由超声波振子产生并通过增强器放大了的超声波振动施加于中间体网状物6。超声波喇叭120与中间体网状物6的接合区域40A接触,并经由中间体网状物6地向后述的砧200推压。超声波喇叭120能够调整与中间体网状物6的接触压力。
在超声波接合装置100的流程方向的上游侧设有辊130A。并且,在下游侧设有辊130B。中间体网状物6被辊130A及130B推压到旋转鼓110的外周面112。超声波接合装置100通过砧200和超声波喇叭120夹着被推压于旋转鼓110的外周面112并沿机械方向MD输送来的中间体网状物6的接合区域40A,由此,对接合区域40A实施超声波接合。
当向中间体网状物6推压超声波喇叭120时,中间体网状物6从内部发热而熔融,被从凸部220、230突出的突起部240、250推压,在中间体网状物6上形成凹凸的接合图案。
(砧的结构)
接下来,利用图6、图7说明砧200的结构。图6是砧200的立体图。图7是砧200的F7-F7线的剖视图。砧200具有基座210和凸部220、230。基座210设于旋转鼓110的外周面112的砧安装部112a。凸部220从基座210的表面210a沿旋转鼓110的法线方向H突出。凸部220沿着基座210的表面210a呈线状地遍及交叉方向CD地形成。
凸部220具有多个突起部240。突起部240从凸部220的表面沿法线方向H突出。凸部220的交叉方向的一个端部220a在基座210的表面210a上相比于另一个端部220b设置在旋转方向R的先行侧。
在图6所示的实施方式中,砧200具有调节旋转鼓110的温度的温度调整机构262。温度调整机构262至少具有发热的发热体。另外,砧200具有传热部261,该传热部261将由温度调整机构262产生的热量传递到旋转鼓110。温度调整机构262及传热部261配设在旋转鼓110的旋转轴与凸部220之间。温度调整机构262及传热部261在砧200中配设在与如下部分相对应的位置,即,比外周面112向旋转径向内侧嵌入的部分。另外,砧200具有温度传感器270,该温度传感器270检测旋转鼓110的配设有砧200的砧安装部112a的温度。
虽然未图示,但超声波接合装置100具有控制温度调整机构262对旋转鼓110的加热温度的控制部。控制部根据温度传感器270的检测结果来控制温度调整机构262的发热量。在图6所示的实施方式中,温度调整机构262及传热部261配设于设有多个的砧200的每一个砧。
如以上所说明的那样,在超声波接合装置100中,温度调整机构262配设于砧200,具有将由温度调整机构262产生的热量传递向旋转鼓110的传热部261。温度调整机构262及传热部261配设在旋转鼓110的旋转轴和凸部220、230之间。因此,能够抑制热量的传递损耗,能够有效地向旋转鼓110传递热量。
另外,温度调整机构262及传热部261配设于多个砧200的每一个砧,温度调整机构262单个地调整温度。在温度调整机构262的发热体中产生的热量经传热部261传递而传递到砧安装部112a,该砧安装部112a形成于金属制的旋转鼓110的外周面112。即,能够改变旋转鼓110的与砧安装部112a对应的部分的温度。
在本实施方式中,旋转体为鼓型,安装砧200的砧安装部112a彼此通过外周面112(连结部)连结。在旋转鼓110的外周面112上,通过经由传热部261传递来的热量,形成低温部和高温部。因此,构成旋转鼓110的金属制部件的周向的热膨胀的程度局部不同,外周面112的外周长局部变长。由此,至少在砧安装部112a周边,旋转鼓110的直径长度稍微变长。
这样,超声波接合装置100能够通过利用设置于砧200的温度调整机构262对旋转鼓110进行加热来使砧200的突起部240、250与超声波喇叭120的空隙变化。
因此,与以往的超声波接合装置相比,空隙的调整操作被简化。而且,超声波接合装置100没有必要为了空隙调整而频繁地停止生产线。另外,能够对每个砧200进行与超声波喇叭120的空隙调整,因此能够减小中间体网状物6(吸收性物品1)整体的公差。由此,能够提高超声波接合的品质。
另外,砧安装部112a具有比中间体网状物6与旋转鼓110接触的面(外周面112)向旋转径向内侧嵌入的部分,温度调整机构262及传热部261配设于该嵌入的部分。
因此,温度调整机构262及传热部261使旋转鼓110膨胀,且砧200自身也能够热膨胀。另外,通过将砧200、温度调整机构262及传热部261嵌入旋转鼓110,能够防止纸粉等的附着。
(旋转体的变形例)
在上述的实施方式中,说明了旋转体110为具有外周面112的旋转鼓的情况。但是,旋转体的形状并不限定于鼓型。例如,图8所示的旋转体300具有从旋转轴310沿法线方向H延伸的金属制的肋320。肋320具有至少与砧安装部330在交叉方向CD上的宽度相同的长度。在肋320的顶端安装有金属制的砧安装部330。在砧安装部330上形成有砧安装位置330a。砧200安装于砧安装位置330a。
这样,在将砧安装部330设置在肋的顶端的旋转体300中,在配设于砧200的温度调整机构262的发热体处产生的热量经传热部261传递,并传递到形成于金属制的旋转体300的砧安装部330的砧安装位置330a。
旋转体300通过经由传热部261传递来的热而被加热到规定的温度。由此,构成旋转体300的金属制的肋320热膨胀,从旋转轴310开始的肋320的长度变长。即,通过温度调整机构262的温度调整,金属制的肋320的径向长度直接变化,由此,砧200的突起部240、250与超声波喇叭120的空隙变化。另外,通过使设置于旋转体300的砧200的每一个发生温度变化,能够针对每个砧200进行与超声波喇叭120的空隙调整。
另外,在图8所示的旋转体300中,砧安装部330彼此也可以相互连结。另外,在图8所示的旋转体300中,温度调整机构262也可以配设在砧200与旋转体300的旋转中心之间。即,能够配设于肋320。
另外,说明了肋320具有与砧安装部330在交叉方向CD上的宽度相同的长度的情况。但是,肋320也可以由多个肋构成,在交叉方向CD上不连续。另外,例如,也可以为杆(rod)状的部件。例如,如后述的砧的变形例1那样,在砧被分割的情况下,也可以具有支承被分割的砧安装部的单独的肋。
(砧的变形例1)
图9表示砧的变形例1。砧201可以在与输送中间体网状物6的输送方向MD垂直的交叉方向CD的规定位置,沿旋转方向R由间隙280(间隔G3)至少分割成两部分。温度调整机构262及传热部261配设于分割了的各基座211、212。温度调整能够针对每个基座211、212独立地设定。
(砧的变形例2)
图10表示砧的变形例2。在砧202中,突起部240、250直接形成于基座。在图10的变形例中,基座被间隙292分割成基座216、217,但基座也可以不分割。温度调整机构262及传热部261配设于分割了的各基座216、217。在该变形例中,温度调整能够针对每个基座216、217独立地设定。
(其他的实施方式)
如上述那样,通过本发明的实施方式公开了本发明的内容,但不应该理解为成为该公开的一部分的论述及附图限定本发明。本技术领域人员能够通过该公开想到各种代替实施方式、实施例及运用技术。
例如,本发明的实施方式说明了在腰围侧部的接合区域形成接合图案的情况,但并不限定于此。能够应用于需要超声波接合的部位。
另外,说明了吸收性物品1通过组合前腰围部10、后腰围部20、下裆部30(所谓的三片式)而形成的情况,但并不限定于此,也可以使前腰围部10、后腰围部20、下裆部30全都形成为一体(所谓的一片式)。
另外,说明了吸收性物品1为一次性的内裤型尿布的情况,但并不限定于此,只要是使用接合工序S5的物品(例如,敞开式尿布、卫生巾)就能够应用。另外,吸收性物品1并不限定于通过实施方式说明的结构,当然能够根据目的适当地设定。
在本发明的实施方式中,说明了砧200具有经由传热部261至少对旋转鼓110进行加热的温度调整机构262的情况。除此之外,砧也可以具有冷却机构。砧经由传热部从旋转鼓吸收热量来冷却旋转鼓。在具有冷却机构的情况下,还能得到如下效果:抑制由超声波熔敷产生的熔敷渣、热熔物(hot melt)等附着于砧的情况。
另外,在本发明的实施方式中,砧安装于设于旋转体的砧安装部,但也可以与旋转体一体化。在与旋转体一体地成形的情况下,根据本发明,能够分别地对设于旋转体的多个砧进行空隙调整,因此,即使各砧出现不同的磨损,也能够延长砧一体型的旋转体的寿命。
这样,本发明当然还包括在此没有记载的各种实施方式等。因此,本发明的技术范围仅由由上述说明总结出的妥当的权利要求书中的发明技术特征来决定。
另外,以参照的方式将日本专利申请第2009-180195号(2009年7月31日提出申请)的全部内容编入本说明书。
产业上的可利用性
根据本发明,能够提供一种超声波接合装置,该超声波接合装置能够通过单独地调整设于旋转体的多个砧与超声波喇叭的空隙来减小公差,提高超声波接合的品质。另外,能够提供一种吸收性物品的制造装置,该吸收性物品的制造装置在制造内裤型的吸收性物品时,能够通过提高超声波接合的品质来生产品质稳定的吸收性物品。
Claims (10)
1.一种超声波接合装置,具有:
旋转体,该旋转体由因为热而膨胀或收缩的部件形成;
多个砧,该多个砧在上述旋转体的旋转方向上隔有规定间隔地设置;
超声波喇叭,该超声波喇叭输出超声波振动,
上述旋转体和上述超声波喇叭以夹着中间体网状物的方式相对地配设,上述中间体网状物使相连的第1网状物与相连的第2网状物重叠并被输送,
通过上述砧和上述超声波喇叭夹着上述中间体网状物的规定区域,从而对上述规定区域实施超声波接合,
其特征在于,
具有调整上述旋转体的温度的温度调整机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超声波接合装置,其特征在于,
上述温度调整机构配设于上述砧,
上述砧具有:
凸部,该凸部在上述旋转体的法线方向上突出;
多个突起部,该多个突起部从上述凸部沿上述法线方向突出;
传热部,该传热部将由上述温度调整机构产生的热传递到上述旋转体,
上述温度调整机构及上述传热部配设在上述旋转体的旋转轴与上述凸部之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的超声波接合装置,其特征在于,
上述温度调整机构及上述传热部配设于上述多个砧的每一个,
上述温度调整机构单独地调整温度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超声波接合装置,其特征在于,
上述旋转体具有安装上述砧的砧安装部,
上述砧安装部通过连结部彼此连结,
上述连结部形成上述旋转体的外周面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超声波接合装置,其特征在于,
上述旋转体具有安装上述砧的砧安装部,
上述砧安装部分别独立,与从上述旋转体的旋转轴沿径向延伸的连结部连结。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的超声波接合装置,其特征在于,
上述砧安装部具有比上述中间体网状物与上述旋转体接触的面向旋转径向内侧嵌入的部分,
上述温度调整机构及上述传热部配设于上述嵌入的部分。
7.根据权利要求4或6所述的超声波接合装置,其特征在于,
上述砧在与输送上述中间体网状物的输送方向垂直的交叉方向的规定位置沿上述旋转体的旋转方向至少被分割成两部分,
上述温度调整机构及上述传热部配设于被分割了的各个砧。
8.根据权利要求1所述的超声波接合装置,其特征在于,
上述温度调整机构配设在上述砧与上述旋转体的旋转中心之间。
9.根据权利要求1所述的超声波接合装置,其特征在于,
上述温度调整机构配设于上述旋转体。
10.一种吸收性物品的制造装置,具有:
旋转体,该旋转体由因为热而膨胀或收缩的部件形成;
多个砧,该多个砧在上述旋转体的旋转方向上隔有规定间隔地设置;
超声波喇叭,该超声波喇叭输出超声波振动,
上述旋转体的旋转轴与交叉方向平行,上述交叉方向与沿着制造工序的流程方向的机械方向正交,
吸收性物品具有与穿着者的前腰围相对应的前腰围部、与穿着者的后腰围相对应的后腰围部、与穿着者的下裆相对应的下裆部、在上述下裆部的侧部开口的腿围开口部,构成该吸收性物品的上述前腰围部的第1网状物和构成上述后腰围部的第2网状物重叠而形成中间体网状物,上述旋转体和上述超声波喇叭以夹着该中间体网状物的方式相对地配设,
由上述砧和上述超声波喇叭夹着沿上述机械方向输送的上述中间体网状物的规定区域,由此,对上述规定区域实施超声波接合,
其特征在于,
具有调整上述旋转体的温度的温度调整机构。
