Abstract
【解決手段】銅転炉ダストの処理方法は、少なくとも銅、砒素、鉛、亜鉛、カドミウムを含有する銅転炉ダストを水あるいは硫酸濃度100g/L以下の硫酸溶液に溶解させ、前記銅転炉ダスト中の鉛、その他の酸不溶の金属を除去する希硫酸浸出処理と、前記希硫酸浸出処理後の浸出液を硫化し、銅、及び砒素を回収する硫化処理と、前記硫化処理後の硫化後液を中和し、亜鉛、カドミウムを回収する中和処理と、を備えている。

Claims (7)
- 少なくとも銅、砒素、鉛、亜鉛、カドミウムを含有する銅転炉ダストを水あるいは硫酸濃度100g/L以下の硫酸溶液に溶解させ、前記銅転炉ダスト中の鉛、その他の酸不溶の金属を除去する希硫酸浸出処理と、
前記希硫酸浸出処理後の浸出液を硫化し、銅、及び砒素を回収する硫化処理と、
前記硫化処理後の硫化後液を中和し、亜鉛、カドミウムを回収する中和処理と、を備えたことを特徴とする銅転炉ダストの処理方法。 - 前記硫化処理は
(銅のモル数) + 3/2(砒素のモル数) ≦ (硫黄のモル数)
となるように、硫化水素ナトリウム及び/又は硫酸を添加することを特徴とした請求項1記載の銅転炉ダストの処理方法。 - 前記硫化処理は溶液のpHを2.0以下としたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の銅転炉ダストの処理方法。
- 前記硫化処理は溶液のpHを0.2以上としたことを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の銅転炉ダストの処理方法。
- 前記中和処理は溶液のpHを8.5以上11.0以下とすることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項記載の銅転炉ダストの処理方法。
- 前記硫化工程後の処理液のORPは、90mV以上150mVの範囲になることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の銅転炉ダスト処理方法。
- 前記中和処理で分離されたカドミウムと亜鉛とを有機溶媒で分離する分離処理と、を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項記載の銅転炉ダスト処理方法。
